With nearly 1,500 square feet of living space, this coastal-themed villa provides a relaxing retreat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a den, perfect for your next getaway.

Booking Details:
- Minimum Stay: 90 days required by HOA. Children and guests are welcome for up to 14 days.
- Pet Fee: One dog allowed (under 50 lbs.), with a $350 non refundable pet deposit fee.
- Amenity Fee: A one-time $100 community fee covers gate access and full use of amenities.

Costs and Payment Schedule:
- Deposit: You must select the $3,000 Damage Protection Plan for $89 during the reservation process.
- Cleaning Fee: $250 for each stay.
- A $250 Non-refundable pet fee (please note, 1 cat or 1 dog less than 50lbs. is allowed).
- There is a required $100 amenity fee. This is part of Heritage Cove requirements for the HOA. We will send you a contract that you return 30 days prior to your arrival. We will submit with the $100 fee so that all amenities are active when you arrive.

Cancellation and Refunds:
- 100% up to 60 days prior to reservation
- 50% at 31-60 days
- No refunds at 30 days prior to arrival date. No exceptions.
