The Space:
The Palm Penthouse is built for digital nomads, by digital nomads! Equipped for the perfect stay whether you are working from home or on vacation. Fully automated smart home with luxe features and lightning-fast WiFi, designed and hosted by longtime locals.
Building amenities include heated pool, hot tub, gym, club room, and—the best part—a private breezeway connecting directly to The Square (CityPlace), one of West Palm’s most happening destinations with restaurants, shops, cafés and entertainment. This unit has a prime location, just a 6-7 minute walk away to the Brightline Station, 7 minute walk to Clematis Street and the pristine beaches on legendary Palm Beach Island are a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride.
You have private access to the entire 1120-square-foot apartment. The apartment has a split floor plan. The living room has a state-of-the-art entertainment hub. Laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom features a queen Casper mattress with Pine Cone Hill decorative linens. The 2nd bedroom, which doubles as an office, features a super-cozy twin trundle bed (2 separate twin mattresses) with West Elm linens, standing desk, ergonomic chair, walk-in closet, printer, and meditation cushions (bathroom in hallway; can be made en-suite by shutting door to entryway).
There are two separate, dedicated workspaces (one per bedroom) designed with video call background in mind, with monitors ready to plug and play. AirPrint-enabled printer/scanner/copier for all your WFH and business needs.
The full kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances. There are various tea and coffee-making options including Nespresso (with frother!), Keurig, Chemex, French press, and tea kettle. Guests have access to the internet-famous Our Place Always Pan (yes, it’s worth the hype—just don’t put it in the dishwasher!). Ninja Professional 3-speed blender on hand for those cocktails or smoothies and there are Boos Blocks for your convenience.
This is a fully automated smart home with Nest Doorbell, Nest thermostat, G Home, Complete Sonos Arc System, Chromecast in every room, and much more!! Gigabit Internet (WiFi speeds of at least 350mbps+ consistently). A Roomba keeps the floors clean.
Best-in-class tech gadgets including a 65" LG C1 Smart TV in living room (plus Smart TVs in bedroom and office), Xbox Series X, Complete Sonos Arc System, and an Audio-Technica turntable (with a small record collection for your listening pleasure). There is a small collection of board/card games available for renters and bookshelves with a collection of books you are welcome to read during your stay (but please don't take them home with you).
Professionally designed interiors with furniture and decor from CB2, Antique Curiosities, Anthropologie, West Elm, and other stylish sources. Walls feature a travel- and vintage Palm Beach-inspired art collection including Slim Aarons canvases, ceramics from Italy’s lake region, silk tapestries from Thailand, and palette-knife paintings by local artist @ThickPaint. Other amenities include Lilly Pulitzer beach towels; Iron, ironing board, and steamer.
Gated garage parking is included for the duration of your stay and there is a 24/7 lobby attendant to answer any immediate questions. There is an application process required with the HOA, to be submitted to the building. Therefore, reservations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival. This property can only be booked for a minimum of 4 weeks.

This home is not pet-friendly. No animals of any kind are permitted as owners are highly allergic to all types of animal dander.
Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.
Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation. All guests must be at least 12 years old - children under 12 are not permitted.
