THE SPACE:

This spacious, split-level home has 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a family room upstairs and an additional common space in the basement. This home also boasts a large deck with outdoor seating and dining, a gas grill, and an epic detached game room in the back yard– perfect for the whole family!

Main Floor: Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs that share a full bathroom. There is a kitchen, dining room, and a large living room on the main floor of this home.

Garden Floor: Downstairs, you will find a spacious family room with a Smart TV as well as a fourth bedroom, full bathroom, and a full sized washer and dryer.

-A car is recommended for your stay– it makes exploring the area much easier. -Please note that the home has stairs leading to the main floor. The basement is accessible with a small step from the garage.
-The home is located in a residential area– respect for neighbors is essential. -Parties are prohibited, and violations may result in fines.
-Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden and will result in a minimum fine of $500. (Guests are welcome to smoke outside.)
