The Current and Black Rivers are only 10ā€“15 minutes away, and both Clearwater and Wappapello Lakes are an easy 30-minute drive.

Step outside to your own private oasis with a creekside view, where mornings start with birdsong and evenings end beneath a blanket of stars. Soak in the panoramic views from the covered porch, or unwind under the old grain silo at our covered fire pit area, complete with a 4-person hot tub. Inside, treat yourself to a relaxing soak in the indoor glass front jetted corner tub.

Clean, cozy, peaceful! We really enjoyed our stay! We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and Alberta had decorated the bed with flower petals and used Hershery kissess to make a 20 on the table. The welcome sign on the front porch was a nice welcome! She really out did herself for us! Thanks again for the great hospitality!

The Cozy cabin, is a beautiful cabin, in a beautiful, quiet, peaceful spot. The cabin is in a private,secluded corner of this beautiful property. Excellent for relaxing. This is an awesome place, clean, and perfectly maintained inside, and out. Dave, and Alberta, are very gracious hosts, welcoming and friendly. Easy to communicate with, and timely. This is an absolutely beautiful area to visit, and explore. As a side note, 100 degrees in August, the a/c is more than adequate. Thank you for having us, hope to see you next year.

Weekend Away

A slice of forest paradise. Secluded but still near civilization. Clean and everything was extremely thoughtful, so many details I canā€™t even list them all. Water, snacks, firewood, lighters, Tylenol, bug repellent, I mean literally everything. More than any host has ever done for us. Even communicated we were coming in late and Alberta went to the cabin to unlock it and turn the lights on for us. So kind and thoughtful

A true gem

This rental was an absolute fantastic place for my wife and I to stay for an extended weekend getaway. Very clean, very secluded feel, and great location for some driving distance trailheads. The owners are great and accommodating. Would 100 percent recommend to anyone!

Weekend Getaway

We had a fantastic time! Surprised by a kitty friend and some adorable cows right across the creek in early morning! Also got to see other wildlife like deer and fawn, and a ground hog!We arrived to a personalized welcome sign, some of our fav snacks, and a hot hot hot tub waiting for us!We spent a day hiking at big spring and had a blast. Will be back for mark twain national forest next!

Cozy Cabin Get Away

This cabin was amazing! It was everything we wanted and more. The fire pit, hot tub, spa tub, and scenery were some of our favorite things. If you need a get away and you like relaxing in nature, book this cabin. We will definitely back!Also, the hosts were very easy to work with. Beautiful setting, lovely quarters, very clean n came equipped with everything you need for stay. Only set back was with a/c, it had a hard time cooling it down. But would love to try it in the fall so we can use the hot tub šŸ˜Š

Piece of paradise

Beautiful cabin in a peaceful serene setting. We enjoyed watching the cows in the mornings off of the front porch and sitting under the silo watching the deer in the afternoon/evening. Cabin is in pristine condition with higher end appliances and soaps/shampoos. Host Alberta has great communication and made us feel welcome. We look forward to booking this cabin again when we are in the area.

Very clean and the setting was amazing! The host was amazing! The cabin is well thought out and beautiful! The hot tub under the silo, the fire pit, the chairs to relax in outside were all on the mark! The cabin is in a private secluded setting in nature. We had an amazing stay for our 24th anniversary! I highly recommend this place!!!!!

In our down time we can be found at current river, the lake or camping. Iā€™m a self employed Hairdresser and my husband is a full time jack of all trades. We enjoy building and making things so itā€™s fair to say we always have a project going!

The Hosts live on the property but the yard is all to its self. You are not sharing outside space with anyone. If you like a secluded and quiet place to relax, you will find it at Cane Creek Cabin.
It has a secluded country setting yet the Dollar General is less than 1/2 mile away.

We LOVE our old grain silo fire pit area, it has a 4 person hot tub, smokeless solo fire pit, adirondack chairs, out door lighting and a Bluetooth speaker.
We have an indoor glass front corner hot tub in the bathroom with a waterfall faucet, adjustable jets, adjustable temperature, lights, touch screen control and Bluetooth speaker that adds a beautiful touch to the cabin.
