It features a King size bed with a large ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet & 55" Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and 55" Smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and access to the third upstairs bathroom. The upstairs bonus room (4th Sleeping Area) features a 12' sleeper sofa, with a Queen and Twin pull-out beds, plus a 65" Smart TV.

The kitchen is open concept, connecting the family room, dining room, living room and bar. Enjoy a fully-equipped chef's kitchen with a large island, premium stainless steel appliances, Carrera marble countertops and a Butler Pantry with Secondary Refrigerator & extra prep space. Wake-up each morning to a Built-in Miele Coffee System.

The family room has comfortable seating and an 85" Smart TV. The Wet Bar features indoor and outdoor seating with a folding window, built-in subzero wine refrigerator.

There is a downstairs Office (not pictured), with an enSuite Bathroom (Bathroom #4), that is configured with a Full Size Desk, Chair & Credenza.

From the backyard, enjoy ocean breezes and sunset views from your covered patio with overhead electric heaters. Water Fountain and sunken oversized fire pit area has bench seating for your whole crew. Cook up your favorite recipes using the built in BBQ and Mongolian Flat Top Grill, outdoor sink and large island.

The Garage will not be accessible during the stay. You can park 2 cars in the driveway.

This home is located in a family neighborhood and is only suitable for responsible, professional or family centric groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting our home.

We're located in proximity to San Diego's best attractions - Legoland, Carlsbad Flower and Strawberry Fields, The SeaLife Aquarium, Del Mar Racetrack, Cedros Design District, Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, are all a 15-20 minute drive away. San Diego Safari Park, La Jolla Cove, Birch Aquarium, SeaWorld and San Diego Zoo are also a short drive -- with Disneyland just an hour away.
