The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and access to the third upstairs bathroom. The upstairs bonus room (4th Sleeping Area) features a 12' sleeper sofa, with a Queen and Twin pull-out beds, plus a 65" Smart TV.

The kitchen is open concept, connecting the family room, dining room, living room and bar. Enjoy a fully-equipped chef's kitchen with a large island, premium stainless steel appliances, Carrera marble countertops and a Butler Pantry with Secondary Refrigerator & extra prep space.
