Great place to stay in the heart of Roanoke. Urban condo with nice amenities. Just a short walk to great restaurants and shopping. A/C worked great even though it is an older building.

Clean, gorgeous property!

This third floor walk-up is just beautiful! The rooms are spacious and comfy and the location is perfect! A short walk to loads of great restaurants and shops! The people of Roanoke are some of the nicest we've encountered on out girl's trips. Just a fun, lovely trip all around!

Graduation Trip and Stay at the Loft.

My daughter was graduating from Liberty University with her Masters degree. I needed a place for a couple of days. The property was wonderful and just as advertised. I was there the week leading up to Mother’s Day Sunday. LU is about an hour from the property and I decided it would be nice to have another night. The property was available and management was quick in their response to allow and process an extra day. I was very pleased with my stay.

Great Property

This was one of our favorite stays. The location is conveniently located and easy to get to. The apartment is clean, cozy and very comfortable. Perfect for our group of 4! Definitely recommend!

Great Roanoke Getaway!!

A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The unit was spotless and superbly designed in a way that made it feel like home. The location was a short walk to downtown and the many restaurants, cafes and shops. I would absolutely rent this place again!

Perfect weekend stay

A friend and I stayed here to attend a VT football game. The loft is beautiful...maybe bigger than my house? Gorgeous bedding, amazing natural light and clean as a whistle. It was really nice for us each to have our own bedroom and bathroom. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Very convenient to downtown Roanoke restaurants and easy parking. Highly recommend!

Good Stay

Lovely place with nice, comfortable furniture, felt like a home, not a place furnished cheaply just for a rental. Car traffic noise can be loud at times. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants, museums and stores.

Fun wedding weekend

Came for a wedding. Roanoke is so cute with lots to do. Condo was close to downtown and we walked to everything. Condo was exactly as pictured and well stocked.

Loved the place! Just as pictured and described. Super cool, urban feel with great interior design and decor. Very comfortable and clean stay. Kitchen was decently stocked and met my needs just fine. Place was spacious for 2 adults, plenty of room (love having 2 bathrooms). Also, there is a cute patio off of the master bedroom which has a great view of the mountains. I was here visiting my son who goes to Roanoke college which is about 15-20 min drive from the VRBO. He was the other adult staying with me part of the time while there. The location was good for my needs- 10 min walk/3 min drive to downtown Roanoke which has a cute, small restaurant scene. Would recommend The Hatch and Scrambled for dining. Parking was easy- I used the lot and the street parking out front and never had a problem getting a space. I would definitely stay here again. Also, I reached out to Lisa (contact person noted in the welcome folder provided upon arrival) and she was so kind and helpful and gave me recommendations on what to do and how to stay safe when I was traveling alone without my son. She even gave me her personal cell number in case of emergency. So appreciated that! Note, this place is on the 3rd floor so it was a bit of a climb with luggage, etc.- not a deterrent for me but could be for someone else.

the property was conveniently located for walking to downtown. it was exactly as advertised, very clean. when reading the listing, be sure to note that it is on the third floor (no elevator). it really was not bad. very comfortable and enjoyable stay

Lovely stay in Roanoke

A few quirks like having to climb 3 floors and dealing with a picky outside buzzer, but a very nice property in downtown Roanoke. There isn’t a whole lot downtown but I would stay here again in a second if returning to the area. Jim was great to work with.

Family wedding

We loved the loft for our visit to Roanoke. It was very clean very convenient to what we needed to do in town. I don’t recall if the listing mentioned that it was a three-story walk up. It was not a problem for us, but it could be for others. I hope you make sure that’s in future listings. Additionally, the bathroom off the hallway, had a toilet handle and would stick. Thank you so much.

Elegant Urban Gem

This third floor/top floor condo welcomed us from the moment we opened the front door. It has an eclectic, relaxed elegance with its furniture, architecture, art work and views. The pictures in the ad showcase it well, but it’s even better than presented. With bedrooms on either end and the living room and kitchen in between, it has great flow for relaxing and being together. We especially loved looking out the windows. There was great light by day and a wonderful view of the famous Roanoke Star on the hill by night! We brought our Freshman VT student there with us for a weekend of rest and it met our needs perfectly. We had the master bedroom, she had the other, and she was very happy just catching up on her sleep and taking a bath, while her Mom did several loads of laundry she brought from the dorm. We enjoyed just hanging out and didn’t explore the city much. But we did find plenty of restaurants within a 10min walk just down the hill. There’s also a nearby amphitheater that had a concert going on Saturday night. Other details: A parking pass for one car to use the building parking lot is provided. The other tenants/guests were quiet. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry suitcases, etc. up and down the stairs. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed. We have already recommended this place to friends. If you are looking for a great spot in the downtown Roanoke area, look no further!
