There are three large bedrooms one room has private access to a bathroom like Jack and Jill. There is a specific office space area in living room. And washer and dryer at the same level very easy to reach and use

We will provide lock box and key pad codes, and others parking instructions at least a day before the guests arrives.
**GENERAL GUEST RULES:**
1. If you`re booking for someone else and won`t be staying with them, you need to give us at least one adult`s full name and phone number right after the reservation is confirmed. This is for emergency purposes. If you don`t do this, the host can cancel the reservation.
2. **NO SMOKING** is allowed inside the unit. Violating this rule may result in reservation cancellation and immediate eviction.
3. Please ensure kitchen items are washed before use.
4. Eating in the bedrooms is prohibited.
5. Please report any damages immediately.
6. Parties or events are strictly prohibited. In the event that a party or event takes place without the host`s confirmation, you will be required to vacate the property immediately.
7. **OVERNIGHT VISITORS MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION.** Violating this rule may result in reservation cancellation and immediate eviction.
8. Guests are prohibited from using the property for any illegal activities, including but not limited to prostitution, illegal drug use, harboring a fugitive, or any form of abuse towards individuals or animals.
9. It is not safe to disconnect the fire alarm system.
10. Please avoid using white bathroom towels to remove makeup or sleeping on linens with makeup. If any towels or linens get stained, there will be a fee.
11. Guests are responsible for changing the batteries of any items, such as AAA or AA batteries, if they run out.
12. **LAUNDRY SPACE HOURS: 9 AM – 7 PM.** Because there is an apartment above or next to the room, it is necessary to be **VERY QUIET** and follow the instructions.
13. We provide basic items (paper towel, toilet paper, detergents, etc.) in the kitchen, bathrooms, and other spaces.
  • If you have **allergies or sensitivities**, please **bring and use your own detergent, shampoo, and other personal care products**.
14. A one-time cleaning fee will be charged. If you stay for more than a week and require cleaning service, we can suggest cleaners for you to arrange—or you may organize it yourself.
15. Occasionally, we may need to inspect the property (e.g., plumbing, electric, pest etc. systems) with a 24-hour notice.
16. While we strive to accommodate reasonable guest requests, please note that we do not provide hotel services.
17. Each reservation is entitled to 1 parking spot within the parking lot.
18. Portable window AC units may be removed between mid October and Mid May .
19. Except for emergencies, mechanical repairs may take at least 24 hours or sometimes more.
20. Building maintenance and repair works may occur between 8:30 AM to 6 PM, except on Sundays.
21. Extension Requirements: Extensions must be requested at least 3 days in advance; 2 days before MAY adds 50% of the cleaning fee, and 1 day or same-day requires the full cleaning fee with service.
21- Cameras are located only at the front and back exterior entrances of the building. There are no cameras inside the apartment/listing itself
