We welcome you to stay at our well appointed home in the heart of Longmont, CO. Our goal is to provide you a clean and cozy place to call home for a few days or longer while you play, visit or work in our great community and surrounding areas.

Some highlights include:

• Centrally located on the front range
• Foosball Table
• Roku equipped TVs

The space
Entire one level home with finished basement.
The backyard features a large yard and covered patio for your enjoyment and grilling desires. Full kitchen with new appliances and cookware. Both areas can serve as dining areas. There is also 1 Gig internet available for use.

The main floor features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath off the living area with plenty of seating and large HDTV. The primary bedroom has a luxurious King bed and second bedroom has a Queen. The bathroom was recently remodeled with custom cabinetry, a stand alone tub and walk-in, tiled shower. The living area has a min-split A/C and the 2 bedrooms have window A/C units.

The bedroom in the basement has 2 twin beds and is next to another bathroom with walk-in shower, both are off of the entertainment room with foosball table.

Guest access:
All areas are available to guests with exception of a few locked storage areas.
Guests will be given a code for the front door prior to arrival.

Spotless property, the amenities were excellent, including a large screen tv and back yard with fire pit. It was a perfect location to visit family in Boulder and about 25 minutes from the CU campus. We felt right at home there and would stay there again.

This is a beautiful home and was perfect for our family. Our boys enjoyed the foosball table, giant connect four game and the corn hole. The back patio was perfect for hanging out in the evening and coffee in the morning. The house was very clean and had a nice mountain theme decor. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen appliances were very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the Longmont area.

Great House

This property was everything that was listed and then some. Very clean and cozy property. The patio was our favorite place to eat breakfast and drink morning coffee - nice high fence for privacy. Spacious living room and nice kitchen. Would highly recommend this property and if we ever are back in Longmont for an extended stay we would stay again!

Home Away from Home

This house was perfect for our needs! We arrived after dark but once we found the house, the access was easy. We were able to get settled for the night. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped with every appliance and utensil that we might need. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard and admiring the flowers around the yard. It really felt like we guests in a friend's home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Great spot on a quiet street

Lovely and clean home in Longmont. The house fit our extended family for a grad weekend visit. We put the kids downstairs and had the 2 bedrooms for adults. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms and we enjoyed the eat in kitchen for coffee and an evening snack.

So much at home!

Comfortable Home

We traveled to Longmont for a family event. Andy’s home is very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. He sent all the information I needed a day ahead of our arrival so that we could go directly to the house. I’m looking forward to our next trip to Longmont!

Great home away from home

We had a wonderful stay. The house is clean and spacious. The kids had a fun time in the backyard. We slept well, and could just relax. It was cozy and comfortable. We would love to come back.

Nice and comfortable with all one needs while away on vacation.

Andy was a great host and always responded quickly and gave helpful info about RMNP. The back yard and covered porch with confortable seating is great with fire pit and gas grill. Good location in a nice quiet neighborhood with everything needed nearby. Highly recommend this property and host

Best VRBO Yet!

This is the best VRBO I’ve stayed in-regardless of state! Cute neighborhood, very nicely remodeled ranch home that was exceptionally clean and bright upon arrival. Plenty of natural light indoors and a lovely covered backyard porch for relaxing on in the mornings with coffee. And to top it off, the owner, Andy, was very responsive to my questions. Absolutely a great place.

Rocky mountain trip

The host was very accommodating. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was very close to the local shops, restaurant, and not far from the RMNP. We rented another house on this same trip and we wished we had just stayed at this one. They have made allot of improvements and updated several areas in the house. We enjoyed the back poarch every morning for coffee and bird watching! There was a Robins nest under the patio roof. We would definitely stay again when we come back to the area!

Fabulous getaway!

We wanted to find a place in Longmont that was close to our daughter's house. This property was just 10 minutes away. It could accommodate my husband and myself as well as our grown daughter and son. Everything about the place was perfect.Since we stayed the end of January, we were unable to use the outdoors. However, there is a wonderful outdoor area to enjoy the more pleasant Colorado days and evenings. Hoping we will come back and take advantage of the outdoor area. As far as our situation, this was the perfect place and it is a wonderful house. Five stars in all areas..Everything about the place was perfect

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! It truly met all of our individual needs and exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless, neat, and thoughtfully organized—right down to the clearly labeled items that made settling in a breeze. The backyard was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors, and the soaking tub in the main bathroom was incredibly relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, making it hard to want to get out of. Overall, the home felt warm, welcoming, and very functional.The location was just as great—close to both Pearl Street and Denver, yet tucked away in a safe, quiet, and clean neighborhood. It was also very easy to find and navigate to, which made travel stress-free.Our hosts were fantastic. Communication was always clear and timely, and they were both flexible and understanding throughout our stay. They showed thoughtfulness and respect in every interaction, and the decor throughout the home was visually pleasing and inviting.We are grateful for the care and effort our hosts put into making this such a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would happily return!
