MEDICI MAJESTIC APARTMENT: FACE TO MONUMENTS

Renovated in April 2024.
It is located in the famous San Lorenzo neighborhood: full of markets and stores. Piazza del Duomo is 300 meters away! Monuments are very close.
Station, bus and tramway are a stone's throw away.
I designed the Medici Majestic house for families with children or for two families who want to share a beautiful apartment and want to experience the true atmosphere of old houses but in the full comfort of modernity.
In Florence you need to climb stairs to find silence, light and views. My house is on the second and a half floor. A little exercise worth doing .
I have personally taken care of every detail to ensure well-being, aesthetics and practicality.
It is a charming home where you can find the necessary peace while being in the very center of Florence.
I am convinced that this apartment is a rarity. I am a person who loves houses: my passion leads me to be very selective because I think a tourist should find the best, just what I also want when I visit cities of art: Location in the center - silence - beauty in every aspect.

The apartment is very large: 3 double bedrooms that can be set up either as a large double bed, or with the two single beds. The mattresses are memory foam.
Each room has a large window and lots of light.
Two rooms are at the back of the house and are very quiet because they face a very large and bright space but not accessible to people or cars.
The other room faces Faenza Street and is still very quiet because the street is pedestrian.
The double living room with two large windows is the heart of the house: equipped with a sofa and a full kitchen. The large table that seats 6 makes it possible to enjoy an unforgettable dinner or breakfast overlooking one of the most characteristic pedestrian streets in Florence.
The house has two very large bathrooms. One even has a balcony. Both bathrooms are in the central area of the house available to all guests.
Every room has air conditioning and every room has heating.
The house is equipped with every accessory and thus to be lived in by 6 people in full comfort whether for a few days or for many months.
The house is particularly suitable for families with children or for two families since each space has its privacy and is separated well from the others.


Another point to consider is the proximity to the station: when you arrive you will not have to stand in long lines waiting for a cab, you can walk for five minutes and already be in your wonderful home.
The area is particularly quiet, safe because it is always well lit, and just below the house there are two restaurants and bars open late at night.
What else to say.The monuments are very close which allows you to take walks and tours of the city and then go home even if only to rest ten minutes because immediately you will be back in Piazza Duomo!
All major transportation is less than a 5-minute walk away. This makes it easy to reach the surroundings of Florence: Fiesole - Piazzale Michelangelo.
The train station is less than 5 minutes away: from here you can easily reach the main cities of Tuscany and Italy.
In addition, the tramway makes it possible to move everywhere even outside the city center with great ease.
The arrival from the airport by tramway is perfect. Very cheap and very fast.Excellent connections with regional buses for excursions.
