Thanks for sharing your feedback, Linda. We’re glad you enjoyed the area, and we appreciate you pointing out the shower caulking and the trouble you had with the Door app. We know access can be frustrating when the app isn’t working as expected, and we’re working on making those instructions clearer for our guests. We’ll also have our team take a closer look at the bathroom. Thanks again for staying with us and for helping us improve.

Hello Cory, Thank you again for staying at The Spruce Up and for sharing your detailed feedback—we truly appreciate it, especially as someone who visits Nashville often. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness of the unit and found the parking convenient and secure. We also appreciate you highlighting where we can improve. During your stay, we were transitioning to a new messaging system, which caused some unexpected disruptions. Our team did make several attempts to reach out and assist, including trying to connect with you directly to walk through the access and communication concerns. Unfortunately, the call was cut short before we had the chance to fully resolve everything in real time. That said, your feedback on communication, the Latch app experience, and overall expectations is well noted and will help us continue refining our process. We truly regret that this stay didn’t reflect the level of experience we aim to provide. We hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future—we’d love the chance to deliver a much smoother and more enjoyable stay next time.
