Located in a quiet and friendly community with a private entrance. The unit includes a full living room area, kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, and in unit laundry area. Shared seasonal pool and gym area also for guest access. The space is fully furnished with all the best amenities, toiletries and complementary goods to make your accommodation an unforgettable experience.

The entire unit as well as the fitness center and seasonal pool.

No one will be available onsite, there is contactless check-in and phone support 24/7.

The property gate closes after 7pm. The gate code will be provided in the check-in information. Please do not forget this code or you will be locked out of the complex after 7pm.
The property does not have an elevator.
The trash dumpster is located in the parking lot.
You cannot receive mail here.
We Created Sleepover to be a safe haven while you`re on the road traveling. We`ve put our love, sweat and tears into making ALL our units amazing accommodations for all of our guests. As a result, we strictly enforce the following rules to maintain the integrity of our spaces:

- NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire apartment, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee.

- NOISE: Sleepover guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

- OCCUPANCY: Each Sleepover space has a maximum occupancy limit. There can be no more than the specified number of guests on the premises at any given time. Large gatherings and/or parties ARE NOT allowed.

- PACKAGE HANDLING: Sleepover does not have a staffed front desk, so we cannot accept any package deliveries. WE DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO ACCEPT MAIL HERE OR GIVE OUT THIS ADDRESS. Sleepover assumes no liability or responsibility for missing packages or mail.

- LOST AND FOUND: Sleepover assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings, including any belongings that are left in the apartment after your departure time has passed.

- PETS: Only certified service animals are allowed. Breed and pet restrictions are subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved by Sleepover prior to booking. Pet fees are not included in the total reservation price. If you are authorized to bring a pet, an additional pet fee will be applied after the booking is complete. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Sleepover has a one-pet-per-apartment limit. Only dogs are permitted to stay at pet-friendly properties.

- RETURN OF FOBS & KEYS: All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be returned to the original lockbox. Do NOT leave the keys in the unit. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. Please alert Sleepover staff immediately if any items are missing at the beginning of your stay.

- INFESTATION: If Sleepover determines that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, Sleepover reserves the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses that Sleepover deems necessary to address the infestation.

- PARKING: All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. Sleepover shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property.

- DAMAGED OR MISSING PROPERTY: Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. This includes damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment (such as towels, artwork, electronics, and kitchen equipment). Sleepover reserves the right to charge guests for 120 percent of such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Sleepover as a result of the damage and/or theft. Charges may include but are not limited to all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, and guest compensation.

- IDENTITY VERIFICATION: To protect against identity theft and fraud and for the safety of other guests and neighbors in the community, you will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening.

- USE OF PREMISES: The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment.

- SECURITY DEPOSIT: Non-compliance with the House Rules and Sleepover Rental Rules could result in a penalty and/or forfeiture of the security deposit and/or eviction without a refund.

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT:
The check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00am.
Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host.

- POOL:
The pool is only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Guests will be provided with 2 pool pass bracelets. These will need to be brought to the pool anytime you use the pool. They also need to be left in the unit on the kitchen counter at checkout time.

I didn’t feel like the description of this property was accurate. There was dirty dishes in the drawer and hand prints all over the back glass. The area rug in the living room was curled and I tripped constantly. I paid for 4 nights but checked out on day 3. The owner was easy to reach and responded quickly. But all that was said was sorry you were unhappy with your stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with several of the statements in this review. This home was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. We have photo documentation confirming that all dishes were washed, dried, and properly stored, and that all glass surfaces were cleaned during turnover. Had we been notified about any specific concern during your stay, we would have immediately sent our team back to address it. We were not made aware of dirty dishes or visible marks on the glass at the time. Regarding the area rug, it is intentionally placed with a non-slip pad underneath and has not presented a safety issue for prior guests. We did not receive any message during your stay indicating that it posed a hazard. If something felt out of place, we would have gladly corrected it right away. You chose to check out one day early. However, no formal request for a refund or re-clean was submitted while you were in the property. As outlined in the booking terms agreed to at reservation, early departures do not qualify for automatic refunds unless there is a documented habitability issue, which was not the case here. We always respond promptly, and we did in this instance as well. We regret that the stay did not meet your expectations, but the property was accurately represented and properly prepared prior to arrival.
