We really enjoyed our stay as displayed by extending our stay an additional night. We generally like going out for lunch/dinner but this area is tough to maneuver via vehicle! As shared earlier, the terrain was difficult for our 60 yo bodies with no outdoor handrails to break a fall (which happened to me), broken pavers to traverse with very steep inclines/descent and our 14 yo pup had a difficult time getting around on her walks as well. We enjoyed the view though although I could not get down to the water. But my husband found his way down for some great fishing! Thanks so much and we will visit your other managed properties in the future...Janet & Gary Sammi!

This home was immaculate inside. What a beautifully decorated home. The master suite was absolutely huge with a sunroom looking out at the lake. The second level was perfect for our younger adults and kids very spacious. The water was cold so we were not able to enjoy the provided kayaks but the younger adults were able to lay out on the docks. Lay out of the home was perfect for multiple families.

Best experience!

This home is in the perfect spot on the lake! We had a lovely time on this small, private lake. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend with family and friends. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for a great experience!

Pros:-AMAZING kitchen. Fully stocked with cooking supplies, plenty of room, ability to cook and clean easily. Just perfect. -LOVELY living room. Extremely comfortable, excellent TV, beautifully furnished-Pretty views of the lake-Very quiet and hardly anyone there in the middle of the week in July-Lake water is awesome - clean, fresh-Spotlessly clean interior upon our arrival-Great bathrooms and bedrooms-Blackout shades - necessary and amazing-Enjoyed the affordable nearby golf club-BBQ was functional and great to useCons:-The area for storing boats and their supplies was disorganized and messy. There were no paddles for the kayaks (although to be fair, I did not complain about this therefore, I did not give them a chance to remediate the problem)-The outside space did not feel cleaned and maintained at the level of the interior (spider webs, debris, a few protruding nails that need to be hammered or screwed in on the dock)-Challenging to rent a speed boat on this small lake so we didn't do it-Far from the nearest supermarket (20 min drive)-The tennis courts were also a meaningful drive from the house (10 min?)-No quality nearby restaurants. We ate at the golf club which was just basic and fine. -Blankets stored in the chest for the bunk room need a good washingOverall, we had a good time and I was grateful for all the amazing qualities. I just wanted future renters to have reasonable expectations.

Hi there, thanks for your review! Your feedback is important. We are glad you enjoyed the home and how clean it is. We have paddles out there for the kayaks but will also double check that they are easier to find moving forward. The outdoors are tricky to control due to being surrounded by so much nature. Hopefully you got to see some of the deer all around the home too.

Family Time

Our family enjoyed a perfect long weekend! The weather was gorgeous, lake temperatures perfect. Enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, dock-side lounging. There were plenty of spaces to sit around and enjoy family time. Definitely would recommend staying. Great location. Thanks for memories that will be with us for ever!

Major Prop Mgr Co.Issues 15 hrs nonstop noise from smoke Det. going off, hot upstairs,no dry towels.

The property is beautiful. The location is 5 stars. here is the rest of the reality. We arrive 4:15. The cleaners left us with no towels and a running dryer that took 5 runs to get them dry and we had to do it for them. The kayaks have no kayak paddles. The AC took 6 hours to cool enough to sleep in the upstairs bed. It cannot keep up with the hot days. we had to stay downstairs until the smoke detector woke all of us up at 2am and then no one could sleep. unable to get the smoke detector disabled ourselves-even the property manager staff needed help how to do it 13 hours later. YES it took 13 hours for iTrip to get out there to turn the non stop maddening chirping off. It filled the house. you couldn't eat or sleep because it was so loud. I have a special needs son so you can guess how this noise went over. There was nowhere you could go without hearing the noise. Half of the 2 day trip was ruined. The manager gaslit me. My complaint was that it should have been fixed early the next morning after starting at 2am. he said it was acceptable to take 13 hours! No offer for a one night refund...no anything. So if the owners feel thats fair -that tells you a lot too. I look back on this with great upset and disappointment for what I paid as a single mother to take my boys for a summer treat....for what? There is more detail of the conversations with the property manager-but you get the idea. So no I do not recommend renting this place with property mgmt like this.

Hi Kim - sorry your recollection of the experience is so bad. We had the smoke detector rectified 2 hours after we received your message that day which is a really great response time - especially for a non emergency situation! We've never had a guest issue with the HVAC either before or since your stay and could not find any malfunction with the unit but we appreciate your feedback there.

Great property on a beautiful, clean lake! We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of water toys, fire pit, and phenomenal views. We even caught several two pound, large mouth bass right from the dock! The lake is very private, never crowded. Definitely a gem just north of Atlanta.
