*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
*Ceiling fans are not available for guest use.

*This unit is located on the 8th floor.
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st.
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*No grills on property.
*Washer/dryer located in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.
*Keurig and also a Mr. coffee drip and has a pot to boil water for tea.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
*Owner has ring door bell installed at entrance.

Carolina Palm Policies:
*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.
*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

House Rules:

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
6. No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers allowed. 2 Car Maximum
7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Billing Zip code and Street address entered at booking must match what the bank has on file with your credit/debit card. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid and subject to cancellation.
