This beachfront condo offers ample space for up to nine people making it an ideal choice for family vacations or group getaways. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and an adjoining bathroom fit for a queen thanks to a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom and the third bedroom includes a set of playful twin over double bunks, and a closet with a stackable washer and dryer. The expansive living room boasts a queen sleeper sofa and sweeping beach views. You can watch the big game from your huge flat screen TV or watch dolphins play in the sparkling gulf. Family trip to the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great, it was clean, but could use a few upgrades. We loved it and we would love to stay there again. The resort is beautiful and the staff were super accommodating. Loved it.

The condo was spacious and clean and in a great location. The laundry room in it had a full size washer and dryer and place to fold clothes beside washer. Was really convenient. Spacious kitchen and good overall room to eat together at the kitchen table or the bar. Enough different size chairs on the balcony to get to sit out there and enjoy it.

Great time and location

Had a great time . Plenty of room. Balcony was fantastic, well appointed and a spectacular view. Would absolutely book again. Stayed over the 4th of July and had the best view on the beach, it was a constant fireworks show all night as far as you could see up and down the beach. There were a couple of damaged items in the condo(a closet door and a kitchen cabinet)however these did not detract from our stay, and we will definitely stay here on our next trip to PCB !

The room shown in the picture, was not the exact room that was booked. Something happened and they called and gave me similar room for same price. Also i was given additional 2 hr for checkout. Very nice rooms, location was great 2103 tower 1, everything needed for beach was there. Only one exception couldn't watch but one channel in master bedroom. Remote wasn't there. I will book again. Thanks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental itself is great. Some stuff is broken and there's not a lot in the kitchen to work with but I have no complaints about the rental itself. The only complaint I have is with the Majestic and how they close the pool deck if a lightning strike is within 15 miles. I get being safe but this led to the pool deck being closed for hours with no rain or storms over the complex. I found it to be major overkill. Besides that everything was perfect

Enjoyed our stay, but would suggest bringing more towels and cooking utensils. The condo can sleep 8, but there was only 6 forks (maybe). No spatulas, no pot holders and only one dish towel.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great 8 day stay here. The pictures do not show the true size of the unit; it is bigger than pictured. Little details that were not a big deal to us but need addressed is the kitchen needs updated as well as better seating. In the living room the cover to the light on the fan was missing but still worked. The dishwasher needs replaced works fine, but the bottom drawer falls off the track when you pull it open. There are not very many dishes in the unit not well stocked. The oven takes an extremely long time to preheat. The ice dispenser kept sticking and will probably need replaced soon. From the living room into the master bedroom watch stepping to close to where the carpet edge is. The tac strip will poke the bottom of your foot. We all stepped on it during the course of our stay. We had family staying in another unit booked through ECDI during the same week and their unit was stocked and looked a lot more updated than this unit. We were offered to come a day early which we took advantage of and were able to do an early check in which we appreciated. Overall, we had a great stay and ECDI was easy and great to work with.

Pros- this unit is HUGE. The living room has nicer seating than shown in the listing and plenty of space. Having both the wet bar are and kitchen space is perfect. The table seats six and there are 3 bar stools. The laundry room is big! We were able to store our wagon. Pop up. Chairs. And still have enough room to move around. Perfect for keeping the sand under control. The balcony is huge. The master has a big walk in closet. Beds were comfy. There is plenty of storage everywhere. The elevators are super fast. There is multi-level parking garage. And you can pull up to the lobby on the third floor of the garage to unload. The carts are way bigger than a hotel cart. The lobby and pools were super clean. There are multiple areas to walk up from the beach to shower off. No drainage pipes into the water near this area. Cons- it was really clean except, one of our beds had sand in it and trash on the balcony when we arrived. We never have this problem with hotels. Idk why it is so hard for condo cleaners. I was so excited to think we finally got one that was clean but I think they just stopped with one room to go. The ice maker in the wet bar and fridge didn’t work. To buy ice at the condo is 7.00 per bag. just normal wear and tear. Would have given the condo 5 stars but between Majestic Towers is a public beach access. So the beach is FULL of tons of empty rental beach chairs and public beach goers. No key card required to get into the towers. Anyone could access. Not safe

Well, the overall property and cleanliness was good.....location to beach, elevators worked well, and were fast, parking lot was a little far (across the street, accessed by crossing an enclosed walkway over the Main Street). My minor issues, that could be addressed and fixed by property manager/owner are that there needs to be repairs and updates to this condo, so spend a little money to better the overall client experience. There is a separate ice machine that is inoperable. The ice maker on fridge was completely frozen over, so I thawed it out, and got it to work. We attempted to use the dishwasher on our second to last day, and the dishwasher overflowed with bubbles and water. We went to use the garden tub in the master bedroom our 2nd to last night, and the hot-water handle fell off. The dryer needs to be replaced (probably at least 15 years old) as it took 2 cycles to dry a load of clothes, and even on one occasion, had to run the dryer 3 cycles to dry 4 beach towels. There are bare minimal dishes and utensils (as mentioned in previous reviews) so we assessed, and ended up buying paper plates, bowls, and plastic spoons and forks. And my last complaint, is maintenance showed up to repair a loss door on a kitchen cabinet, we were not told or made aware that they were coming, and showed up unannounced, and my minor son (16 yrs old) was in the unit alone, and was startled when they came in to repair the cabinet doors. It would have been nice if we were forewarned

Disappointing

We checked in after driving 9 hours and the ice maker as well as the ice machine in the bar didn’t work. Maintenance came by the following day but the ice maker made ice for 1 day only, and we were told that none of the ice makers in the bars worked and they had no intention of replacing. The parking situation is awful, but I won’t get into that. The carpet in our unit was nasty and needed to be replaced. There were other problems in the unit. The sink in master bath was stopped up. All in all the unit needed some tinder loving care!

Amazing!!!

Wonderful condo with breathtaking views of the beach! Perfect layout and decor of the condo. Elevators were quick. Parking was fine. No negativity at all. We rented spring beach week so it was a little crazy in town! Will definitely stay at this condo in the future when we come back to PCB!!! 😉

Great stay.

Great place to stay only 2 things on the downside. 1. Master bed is extremely noisy 2. Buy your cleaning crew a steam mop the floors were extremely dirty. The underside of your feet will be disgusting after walking barefoot in the condo. For the price you pay in cleaning fees there should be absolutely no reason for this. Besides these 2 things we will most certainly be rebooking this for future stays.

Things to consider

Apartment space is great and the view is awesome. The beach is beautiful and the water is warm, however, there are a few things that did not meet our expectations. 1. Bedrooms were not clean properly and the master bath is deteriorated in some areas. Pillow cases are shorter than the pillows and they are in bad shape, the master bed is very noisy and mattress is not very comfortable. 2. Parking lot is not very convenient (you have to park your vehicle in a separate building, take a sky bridge and finally take the elevator). 3. Elevators are always packed and you waste a lot of time to take one. 4. Swimming pool has very strict rules (no floating or balls allowed)

Excellent resort

The condo was perfect for our family. Clean, comfortable size, and the perfect spot on the beach. I didn't think we would like the parking garage across the street, but it was easier than a regular parking lot. The staff were excellent. I have no complaints and will be booking with this resort of available next year.

Not the best stay we’ve had.

We had a very hard time trying to check in when we arrived. The room was not fully cleaned, sheets were not on the master bed, we did not have parking passes or wristbands when we arrived waiting on us like instructed. We had a very hard time with the chair situation and tried contacting several people and never got help.

Beach getaway

Enjoyed the Majestic and our beautiful location. All amenities were as stated. Room was nice but could have used more cooking tools and utensils in the kitchen. Because of pandemic and reduced seating in local restaurants we cooked in a bit so it would have been nice for a more well stocked kitchen. We made do with what was available however and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Need more chairs on the balcony. There was only seating for two and the condo holds up to eight so we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful view together unless some chose to stand. We always love to take advantage of the beautiful views wherever we stay and this was a great view. All in all we would recommend this condo and Majestic as a whole. We enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to return.
