Welcome to Bear Secrets! This private 1 bedroom cabin will let up to 6 guests unwind as you take in crisp mountain air, relax in the hot tub, or cozy up by the fireplace. Your stay also comes with FREE tickets to attractions like Dollywood!
Step inside to discover a living space adorned with a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and lots of room to spread out. Off of the kitchen you have access to your private deck, where you can grill and take a plunge in the hot tub. Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with an in-room Jacuzzi tub, where you can soak away the day's adventures and rejuvenate your senses. Upstairs this home boasts a loft with additional sleeping and a pool table!

Me and my boyfriend loved staying here for the weekend! In a good location, close to town and although there is other cabins around it feels very private. We would stay here again.

It was like coming home, lots of childhood memories in the Smokies. The cabin was a beautiful sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the tourism. And the jacuzzi was mich needed after long hikes to Abrams falls.

We enjoyed the cabin and the amenities it offered. It was a great place for our Smoky Mountains getaway. While it is a little further from the national park than we hoped for, the drive was scenic and took us past many of the tourist attractions the area offers.

Very clean and comfy. It did have a few items messed up. Mirror on the back of bedroom door was cracked and the screen on the back door in the bedroom was coming out. Other than that it was amazing.

Woodland Adventure

Check in process was very easy. Everything was clean. Could use some updating on microwave and new ice cube trays, but that’s very minor. There was plenty of hot water for the jacuzzi and a lovely hot tub that could use a stool for us short people. We saw plenty of wild life including a bear that was just passing by. Overall, we had a great time with plenty to see and do.

While we didn’t spend a lot of time in the cabin), we were 100% satisfied. The property was clean, check in was easy and the owner/management contacted us frequently to make sure that everything was okay. We were a little nervous because the rental agreement made it sound like the number of towels, toilet paper, etc. provided might be more parsimonious than we were used to, this was not, in fact, the case. We had more than enough of everything for our 3 night stay.

Was a cozy little cabin. Didn't like that one of my children had to sleep on a couch because the pull-out bed was locked with a cable lock. The hot tub jets were not the best but overall it suited it's purpose.

Amazing little cabin!

Our cabin was everything it was suppose to be! We were a little disappointed with the hot tub as it never shut off and the jets didn’t work hardly at all! The steps to the hot tub needs attention as well but over all I would stay there again and Eden crest was awesome even. Let us know tthat our cabin was ready early and we were very greatful for that!

The cabin was really nice and peaceful, the couch was a little damp but other than that no complaints from us. My husband loved the birthday surprise.

First I want to start by saying I could have fun with my boyfriend in a cardboard box. We had fun. However, what is advertised is not accurate. The drive in to the resort is treacherous if you are not from around there and never driven the road before. There are no lights and at some points one car width with drop offs no rails. After arriving to the cabin the power went out in 80% of the house the main portion. Only had power to bedroom and bathroom. Looking for ways to contact who at what to do almost impossible. WiFi went out with the power. No instructions what so ever on what to do with garbage anything. Their Google assistant of course went out with power. I contacted the message on VRBO and they gave me a phone number to call. After driving 9 hours and arriving at 9pm, this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. They told me they would send on on call person out in about an hour. After about an hour the power clocked back on. Nobody said anything so I went to bed. After about an hour after that I hear pounding on the door and jumped up, it’s a maintenance man. He has no idea how the power was back on and said he would look still. He looked said he would replace the main breaker to stop this from happening again. Never heard another peep about electricity. Tuesday comes and after some sleep could check the place out. The pool table is completely broken. Leg is broken, bottom falling out and the balls get stuck. Then you go into the hot tub and you take the top off

Thank you for the review Amy. We're sorry for the challenging stay you had with the electrical situation during your dates of stay. After your departure we've had several electricians out to try to recreate the power outages that you were experiencing and have only had occasional success. The best guess is that there is a very specific series of pumps/fridges/hvac/and other high power items that are all cycling on at random intervals and when they all come on at the same moment it's overwhelming the circuit. The owner is working on a long term fix, and we thank you for bringing this to our attention, as it's something you wouldn't see unless you were there to watch the power go out and come back on without intervention. We are sorry you and your party had to experience this, we hope that we get another chance in the future to show you a much better experience and how a normal Eden Crest stay goes. Thank you for staying with us.

Adorable Retreat

The place was really clean. The jacuzzi and hot tub were also nice and clean. The decorations are adorable. Don't keep food in your car or outside bears roam the neighborhood checking for unlocked car doors. We saw it happen to a neighbor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The tickets were one free ticket to an attraction each day you stay.
