This was a great property. Very spacious and decor was very beachy. We loved our stay. The resort was very clean and the pools were very clean. Will definitely be back.

Location was great and views were amazing! Very clean and comfortable. Sky bar was a lot of fun. Great shopping and restaurants you can walk to. Very happy with our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Second time in this condo and it just needs a little love. One picture in the living room had fallen off the wall and someone before us just propped it up on the back of the couch. It was exactly in the same spot this year. For the price in August it's still a good deal, but if we were paying June/July pricing it would be disappointing.

Master bed is uncomfortable. The ease of getting on elevator and the local steamer across the street was amazing. The unit really needs to be updated. There is mold in some of the areas and needs a bigger coffee pot for sure. Rug in living room is needing replaced or professionally cleaned. The decor was very cute! Guest shower fills up with water bc the drain probably needs to be cleaned out. Not a bad stay at all. Lots of seating I. The living room and it was nice to have dresser space I. Each room and the 2 queens were great in the other room!

Enjoyable stay

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very pleasant time at Emerald beach resort. The condo was cutely decorated. We especially enjoyed the high top table and chairs on the balcony but the regular table should be replaced. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Please please provide nonstick skillets that are not worn. This is a health issue. Can openers were broken. The front bedroom needs curtains the blinds do not keep out the sun. The resort itself is a maze and one elevator was broken but did get repaired after a few days. Pick up a schedule for the craft offerings for the week. Very nice projects for the kids. Loved the walkable restaurants available but the city needs to have sidewalks!! Sharky and runaway island were very nice with music every night. The grands enjoyed the lagoon go karts. All in all very nice vacation. We would love to come back!

Condo stay July 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was good. The building it self is confusing. It took about two days to learn the elevators and which ones to get on to get to our room and to get to the pool. The condo could use a deep cleaning base boards are dirty. The bathroom for the guest (not the master) leaks water all in the floor any time you shower. It get completely soaked. That was annoying. The wall/baseboard in the master has mold or mildew growing it by the balcony door. The main sliding balcony door doesn’t have a lock so if you have small kids that is a worry. But overall the condo was nice.

The condo was decorated beautifully. The issue was the second bathroom shower leaked onto the floor each use. This needs to be addressed as there is now black mould . There were no chairs or float devices or cart within condo as is common. Flying from Canada we had to purchase. The pool area across the street was fantastic and we were grateful for access. .

What a gorgeous view! The decor is so cozy and comforting and was very clean. One of the closets was stocked with beach toys and floats which was a wonderful surprise! Plenty of cooking ute

The communication was fantastic before and during our stay. They were very accommodating when it came to check in and check out. This is our 3rd time staying at Emerald Beach Resort, first time in this unit. I would 100% book this unit again. No complaints at all! Loved the location between both elevators. The decor was super cute. Lots of beach toys were in the closet for us to enjoy. This is not negative, but there were no beach towels in the unit just as an FYI. We flew in and did not rent a car. Easy to walk to multiple restaurants and a nice convenience store directly across from the condo to get anything you might need in a pinch. We will be back!

Beach view was unobstructed. Nice sized balcony for 4. Loved the master bedroom/bath. Didn’t like that the second bedroom was unattached to it’s bathroom (not very private).

Cozy, nice home away from home

Nice place in the center of it all, neighbors who don’t follow the no-smoking on premises rule would be my only complaint. Would stay again!

Memorable

Great 1 week stay with my husband. Our 2 grandchildren surprised us so all the amenities were great. Will definitely stay again but for longer next time. Absolutely wonderful

Our family love this resort. Convenient location to restaurants and Pier Park. Condo was beautifully decorated. Elevators are fast and close to condo. No problems with condo.

The condo was beautifully decorated and everything we needed was there for us to use. The master bed compares to a brick floor as far as sleeping. We went and bought a mattress topper that made the weeks sleep somewhat better. The view from the balcony was awesome and the show the dolphins put on was the coolest I’ve ever seen.
