Was in a great location. Far enough to feel removed from the city but only 5 to 10 minutes from food and grocery! We enjoyed our stay and if the opportunity presents itself we will definitely be back.

This spot is always a great option for us. We have a dog that loves to roam and walk around, so the space is perfect for that. Fair warning: the shower and toilet are outdoors, so this isn’t your average place to stay — it’s glamping. The unit itself is small but air-conditioned and comfortable for sleeping. Great price for a truly unique experience. The owners are great too — super responsive, but they also give you space to enjoy the place without interruptions.

This property is very well kept, clean and extremely relaxing. All the reviews talk about how good the host is and that's for a reason. I didn't need much but anything I did need Craig made sure to provide and respond quickly. If I get the opportunity I will 100% be coming back. For everything you're getting with this property you're not going to beat the price in springfield. Forget a hotel if you want an actual relaxing stay just look here. I personally didn't use the toiletries so I can't speak on that but 10/10 experience.

Accommodations were clean, comfortable and as described. Very private setting with some deer sightings.If you’re not familiar with a compost toilet you might want to familiarize yourself with that concept. Walking from the unit to the shower/toilet was nice but you might want to bring some shower shoes for the walk back through the grass.

This is not really a "glamping" situation - there is a composting toilet that you have to "stir" if you use (I didn't) and a shower that reminds me of summer camp as a kid. All bathroom "facilities" are in a separate building so you have to leave the container room to get to them at night. No tv. Not "fenced" - although there is cattle fencing so if you are traveling with a cow or horse, you'd be fine but not dogs to allow to run free. Other than that, it is really cute and the bed is comfortable.

Kristin, Thanks for staying and the review. We strive to make the listing incredibly clear with pictures of the restroom and the open yard space around the container. It should have been evident what you were going to experience. This is a chance to enjoy a outdoor glamourous camping experience that features privacy in a camp like setting but with the benefits of a real bed, indoor amenities, AC, wifi, firepit, and a peaceful environment to get away. This is not suburbia with fenced yards.

A little slice of Heaven! My daughter and I stayed in this Glamping Cabin with our dog, and we absolutely loved it! Craig was super friendly and inviting and met us upon arrival to show us to the private area and explain how to use the water, etc. There's an electric firepit and a wood firepit, which were awesome, and we loved the complimentary Smores packs! There are beautifully kept hiking trails, which were fun to walk the pup around. Super clean and inviting! Highly recommend! We can't wait to go back!

This was a quaint place in a nice secluded area. Very private, quiet and scenic. The bed was super comfy both of us get up a lot to use the facilities and neither of us woke the other at any point because this bed was so nice. Lots of nice little special things to make you feel like an honored guest. Great host.

Great stay!

Location to everything was great! It was 10-20 minutes from most everything. The property was clean and had everything you would need! The ONLY downside to this was the shower didn’t have warm water. The bed was comfortable and it was pretty secluded. I would stay here again!

Everything was as stated. Very comfortable we thoroughly enjoyed it. What a way to spend time together beautiful and serene place. If you truly want to get away from everything this is your place.

Comfy, cozy

This private oasis was the perfect location as a quiet, comfortable landing zone for our time in Springfield. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, the outdoor living space and the fire pit. Hosts were informative, communicative and allowed us space and privacy. The only regret is not catching the sunset from the beautiful location. I will book again if my plans bring me to the area again.

It was perfect for what we were looking for. Went floating that weekend with a friend and my granddaughter. Little one experienced what glamping is. A couple of things that needed a more detailed description. Over all it is what it is.

Great host great space

Craig was fantastic and great communication. He showed up to explain everything need to know. The space was clean and exactly as expected. I wish I had another day to take in more of the space. Do a camp fire and just enjoy the acreage. I girl I'll have to go back.

Perfect For Glamping, Chilling, & Staying on Site

Perfect for an outdoor-oriented getaway while still having some small luxuries. I was here for business and had to be away from the space for most of my stay- but while I was there, I enjoyed the peace & quiet, the closeness to nature, the indoor sleeping space, and the outdoor lounge area very much. The spot was a little tricky to find, but once I found it, I had no issue finding it again. As indicated in the listing - it's definitely more appropriate for a leisurely glamping trip, maybe with a partner or close friend - than for a lone business trip.Overall, I am happy with my stay - Craig was thorough in his tour of all the amenities when I arrived, everything worked as he said it would and I didn't come across any issues.
