Our weekly rentals run Friday-Friday in 2025—Fabulous Direct Oceanfront three-story duplex with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths on Brigantine's best-guarded beach. Watch the beach from any of our 4 decks and our large gated side patio. You can see the ocean from EVERY room!

Enter the first-floor entry to the beautiful travertine floors and full bathroom. Proceed down the hall to a bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, hardwood floors, 50" flat-screen TV, and 2 large windows offering direct oceanfront views. Walk up the stairs to the second floor, greeted with unobstructed ocean views and a magnificent open floor plan. The large family room has beautiful hardwood floors, 65” flat-screen TV, and 10-foot high ceilings with two large glass sliders to access the deck overlooking the beach. Step up to the dining room with a table that comfortably seats ten with more unobstructed ocean views. There is a convenient half bath located off the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has granite countertops, a wine refrigerator, and a large peninsula where you can sit and eat or just prep dinner while watching the waves roll in. There is also a deck off of the kitchen with more beautiful ocean views. The third floor offers hardwood floors throughout. We have a large master bedroom with 2 glass sliders to the oceanfront deck. Relax in bed and watch the waves or a show on the wall-mounted 50” TV. You do not need to lift your head off the pillow to watch the waves! The Master bath has a beautiful travertine walk-in shower with body sprays. Walk down the hall to another full bath done in marble with a Jacuzzi tub/shower. The next bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private deck that has ocean views and a 42" flat-screen TV. Down the hall is a room with 1 King bed with a 50" flat-screen TV. The laundry closet has a full-size high-efficiency front load washer and dryer on the third floor. Off the side of our house is a large gated oceanfront patio with a dining table for 6, outdoor shower, and sectional sofa. (Side patio furniture is stored in the garage November-March due to the wind in the off-season)

You cannot get closer to the beach and Brigantine’s shopping than this prime location. One block walk to Pizza, Ice Cream, Grocery Store, Liquor Store, Sundries, and Smile Factory! Wawa is 4 blocks away. Walk across the street to the 'new' LaScala's beach House for dinner or a cocktail. Atlantic City nightlife is only minutes away offering spectacular casinos, fabulous entertainment, and sensational restaurants. We provide 10 beach tags, 10 beach chairs, and a beach wagon. We also provide free WiFi. There is parking for one car in the garage and 2 more can fit in the driveway depending on vehicle size. We have a keyless entry, so no keys to keep track of!
