Guest's have access to the whole home except for a couple of locked utility closets.



The Neighborhood:

With chic restaurants in restored Victorian buildings, and cafes along the brick sidewalks, Germantown exudes period charm. Former warehouses contain elegant boutiques selling high-end shoes and clothing, while Nashville Farmers' Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce. Nearby, the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features skyline views and monuments to Tennessee history.



Getting Around:

Walk, scoot, drive, or bike. You're a mile or less to Broadway and Uber/Lyft is a convenient way to get around by car if you don't have one or want to avoid parking/driving.

No unauthorized guests.

No pets allowed.

No unauthorized parties or events.

No weapons or criminal behavior tolerated.

No glitter, silly string, confetti, tape, or anything that results in damage to walls due to party-related decor.

No fireworks.

No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.

Staying past checkout time without authorization incurs late fees of $20 per every 15-minutes.
