Cozy home in a great location. It feels a bit like your grandma’s house—older, simple, and missing a few modern amenities—but it’s clean, comfortable, and safe, so you’ll rest well. The TV is solid, the Wi‑Fi is strong, and the yard is huge. Most essentials are within walking distance, with a pharmacy, convenience stores, and restaurants about half a mile away. Westfield Valley Fair and Santana Row are just a mile out, and all the major sports venues are an easy 15‑minute drive.

My sisters and I stayed here while attending a family baby shower. It had everything we needed and was close to restaurants and Santa Cruz. We loved the town of Campbell. We loved that the house had parking. The kitchen was nicely equipped. We would definitely stay again!

A nice, small house in a good area, short walking distance to Valley Fair Mall. Only 1 bathroom, so the folks in the 3 bedrooms will have to share, but this is typical of houses this age. Host has posted all instructions for WiFi and checkout next to the door, so expectations were clear.

Wonderful stay!

Had a fantastic stay at this home for daughters college graduation. The home was spacious for the 4 of us and loved having the outdoor space to relax. Location is great, close to everything. Thank you and would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful home! Parking under the carport was very convenient. The back yard and patio was a great space to relax in the sun. The host is responsive and kind. Me and my family enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood was super convenient for everything.

The property is exactly as listed. Very clean, quiet and has everything you need in terms of facilities. We stayed for 10 days and were very happy with the home. The home owner is also very responsive to any questions. Beautiful yard as well. Plenty of towels and bath tissues were also provided.

Amazing host, highly recommend

Property is in outstanding condition, very comfortable! The home is in a great location, very well kept and super clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Host is easy to contact if or when necessary.

Everything was great. The homeowner was extremely helpful at check-in even though we arrived late due to our airline travel. The home was clean, and easy to manage with 4 people. The backyard was beautiful with rose bushes and and orange tree.

Great stay

Had a wonderful time seeing the Municipal Rose Garden which is really close. House was well maintained and clean. Enjoyed the fruit trees. House is on a busy street but noise was never a factor and it has a driveway that is easy to get into. It was an easy walk/drive to Bloom, a wonderful breakfast spot. All in all, a great stay.

The host was spying on us with a camera in supposed to be private backyard and also entered the backyard 3 times while we were there without asking or informing us. One of the times (last morning) was the gardener who also left both side gates open and my dogs had just gone out to go to the bathroom. I literally had to go out 1/2 dressed to get them as I had just gotten out of the shower prior to opening the door for them and the house is on a very busy street so I couldn’t risk them running off. The gardener say my in a tank and thong. Not happy about that at all. Owner also tried to say I didn’t pick up their poop. With the exception of the final morning (because the gardener was out there and I was also upset) I had. He also claimed I left dog hair all over the house. I literally brought my own vacuum and cleaned the night prior to check out. Not to mention, we only used 1 of 3 bedrooms (2 were never opened or entered) I washed all towels and dishes. The only thing I hadn’t washed was the bedding on the 1 bed used.

There were dirty glasses that had been put away. Also we were there with another adult couple. I Thought the second and third bedrooms, beds being full size were small. On a good note, what a great location though!

Regarding the beds, the listing mentions that the master bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds, but I understand everyone has different space preferences. Family time together

The house was perfectly suited to us. As described in web, the house provided our needs. One thing I want to add is the house situated in very safety neighborhoods. We enjoyed night walk to see Christmas decorations.

A great Stay!

The 3-bedroom house is located in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. Kitchen was very well stocked and has a large TV for the Living Room. There is also a nice backyard with several fruit trees. Good communication with the owner. I would recommend this house to everyone. Thanks!
