Great communication with the host. We had a little issue with the air conditioning when we arrived, but she got it taken care of for us quickly. We would suggest that the kitchen needs at least one baking sheet and a colander or strainer, also it would be nice if salt and pepper were supplied. Moving the television down to the great room would have made it easier when our whole group wanted to play games together but we made it work in the loft area with people sitting on the bed and the floor. The location is great, we really enjoyed the walking path. It was also nice to have lots of beds and bathrooms.

Wonderful stay!

The property is easy to find and in a great location. Big, clean, comfortable, and the host was a delight. Highly recommend. Note, bring your own shampoo, soap, etc. it was not stocked in the home. Everything else was there and we had a great stay!

Mush larger than expected

Su was very nice and on top of everything. We really enjoyed our stay. The house fit our entire family. Looking at it from the outside you would never know how large the home is. It fit us all perfectly. Great stay, great central location. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Reunion Site

The house is brand new and beautiful! There were plenty of beds, bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths for our group of 23. There is a large gathering space consisting of living room, dining room and kitchen. It was perfect for meals, family games and after dinner visiting. Situated within minutes of Bear Lake made water recreation easily accessible.

Great house in Garden City

We came with some friends for a baseball tournament! When we showed up the house had everything we needed. Including a gallon of Milk in the fridge. The beds were nice and comfy and we had plenty of room for everyone.

The property was the dirtiest I’ve ever been in. All bathrooms were supplied with a large bar of dove soap that was used by the previous guests. All guests in our group were supplied one small bath towel for 4 days. There is no accessible laundry machines. If there were any laundry on the property, they were in the garage which was un accessible to guests.also the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped. There were plenty of beds unless your group included a lot of adults as many of the beds were twin for kids. The parking is barely adequate and there is no room to park boats or atv trailers. That could be easily corrected because the property has plenty of space that is full of mowed weeds where parking is not allowed. Also there is only one TV and it’s in an area where there is no seating for family movies. There is only one HTR A/C unit for both floor so The A/C works great on the main floor but is inadequate for the second floor which is where the thermostat is so it’s too cold on the main floor and too hot on the upper. We’ve done many VRBO in Bear Lake and this one was by far the worst. Just a few minor changes and a Host that cares about their guests and this place could be awesome.

Nice stay with a few hiccups

Property was new and on the south side of Garden city. This home has plenty of beds and a few activities. The foosball and chess table were hits with the family. Checking was a breeze with a door code. Plenty of parking for a few vehicles. A few hiccups with the communication and property but not enough to disrupt our stay and we enjoyed our rental. There was no toiletries so make sure you bring your own. Trash bags and Hand soap being the biggest. Would be nice to have something available to guests. There isn’t a yard to play yard games. Two cement slabs is about it but no yard for kids. Issue with the trash. Only one can that was already full. We were asked to take our trash to a local park and take the garbage can to the curb which was over a gravel drive way. Didn’t feel like that’s the guests responsibility to clean up after previous guests. Did it any ways to try to be a good guest. Interior of the house wasn’t very clean. A lot of bugs and hair and dirt. Could use a better cleaning service. Lastly don’t plan on movies or tv entertainment in this house. One tv in the playroom loft but no seating. Not a big deal but if you have young kids or like to watch movies with the family this isn’t the property. Overall a pleasant stay. A little over priced but good location, plenty of places to sleep and parking.

It seems there was a misunderstanding with the cleaning crew, who inadvertently removed these items that were left behind by the previous tenants. I deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused. To make it right, I would like to offer you a discount on your next stay at Bear Lake as a gesture of goodwill. Regarding the garbage disposal, I will ensure that the cleaning crew takes care of it going forward. Was a very clean and nice place to stay. Near the beach only about a 10 minute drive. Also lots of game options for inside and out.
