Modern Downtown Apartment Near UAB

I told the guest I moved out of the building and I had a brand new building with better accommodation ….Guest insisted in being in the old building because he lived in the building …. He was not booking for himself but guest that were not listed on the booking. Originally the apartment was not cleaned Guest wanted that apartment and waited for the apartment to be cleaned. I offered the guest refund for 1 night stay of the 2 night for the inconvenience . The guest agreed I did not hear from the Guest after check out originally wanting to confirm the refund was sent when I confirmed the partial refund he told me of all other issues after he stayed for 2 days , had several guest in the apartment and parties in the building and apartment. He requested a full refund and threatened a bad review. I would be very careful of booking with this guest , I’ve had over 300 guest and never had a guest with a legit issue stayer for 2 days and notify me of the issues after check out. Also the guest charged back thru his credit card company the full cost of the booking and he also received the refund for the 1 night stay I refunded him previously making a profit on his 2 night stay that he booked for someone else.
