That said, we're sorry to hear that other aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We want to take a moment to clarify a few things for you and future guests. First, it's important to note that one of the key differences between a short-term rental and a hotel is the level of service. While hotels have hospitality staff on call to deliver fresh towels or other amenities at any time, short-term rentals are designed to be more self-sufficient. We provide a generous supply of essentials—such as six full-sized towels for your group of three—which we believe is more than sufficient for a short stay. Additionally, guests have access to in-home laundry facilities, which allows for towels to be refreshed as needed. Regarding your comment about bathmats, we appreciate the safety concern and will review that detail for future improvements. On the topic of air conditioning, we understand that comfort preferences vary. The system is functional and regularly maintained, but we will certainly re-evaluate its performance to ensure it's working as efficiently as possible. As for the home’s decor, we understand that design is subjective. However, we want to emphasize that our listing includes clear, accurate photos and a detailed description of the property. What guests see in the listing is exactly what they can expect upon arrival—there are no surprises, and we strive to be completely transparent. Lastly, we are aware that the backyard is currently a work in progress. The owners are actively working on getting it professionally landscaped and we look forward to offering an improved outdoor space for future guests.
