Jay Peak, Luxury 5 BR Ski-in Ski-Out with Hot tub

This is a beautiful luxury townhouse,2500 square feet end unit. Watch the sunrise in the mastersuite or living room. Stand out on the deck and watch skiers go over the Grammy Jay Bridge. Glance out the kitchen window and see the Tram go up to the top of the mountain. This unit can accomodate 3 families comfortably. This townhouse is 5 star quality and built in 2006. The top floor has 2 king master suites with 2 full baths. The main floor has a queen bedroom and full bath. The bottom floor has a queen bedroom, and a family room with a TV, and foosball table. A bunk room which has 2 twin over full beds and a full bath. The bunk room sleeps 6 comfortably. The ski room can accomodate many helmets and jackets and the ski locker is right outside of the ski room. There is radiant heating on the bottom floor. Gloves and neckups will dry nicely if left on the tile floor.
The hot tub is a warm welcome after a long day of skiing, There is a flat screen TV in the family room, the 2 master suites and on the bottom floor family room.

The Townhouse comes will a fully equipped kitchen, linens, pillows, blankets and towels. A washer and dryer are also provided. There is a security camera located outside the front door, which shows the front entrance and parking lot.

Jay Peak receives more snow than any other ski area on the East Coast. The mountain has excellent beginner through expert trails, and the glades are spectacular. Jay Peak also has the only aerial tram in New England

Jay Peak has two brand new Hotels. There is a spa located in the Tram Haus Lodge, work out facility, and the Tower Bar and Alice's restaurant. The ice skating Arena is another nice addition to the resort. You can rent skates, and they also have a nice cafe and bar. There is a Nordic Center for cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

A brand new multi-million dollar 63,000 square foot indoor water park is a lot of fun for adults and children. The water park has multiple slides, the only indoor aqualoop in North America, a double surf wave, and the longest indoor activity river in the U.S. There is also an arcade attached to the waterpark to also entice the kids. This facility has the largest bar on the resort and the temperature is a constant 86 degrees. In the summer the roof opens up to give it an outdoor feel. There is also a rock climbing and movie theater facility located on state side and within walking distance of our townhouse.

If you plan on coming in the summer the Championship Graham Cooke Golf course is beautiful and challenging. It was rated the # 1 Golf course in Vermont. The clubhouse is brand new and has an excellent restaurant called the Club House Grill. The views from sitting out on the patio facing the 18th hole are fantastic and very relaxing. Jay Peak is a year round resort and there is something for everyone here.
