Welcome to Shell Mountain Sunset—a spectacular 4,800-square-foot Smoky Mountain retreat designed for families and groups who want to experience the mountains together without sacrificing space, comfort or fun.
And when the sun begins to drop, you'll understand the name.

Rain or shine, summer or winter, the fun continues. The private heated indoor pool gives your group a place to swim and play without leaving the cabin—or worrying about the weather.

ROOM FOR THE WHOLE CREW

Shell Mountain Sunset comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests with a layout designed for large groups.
You'll find four king en-suite bedrooms, giving adults the privacy they want, plus the custom Sunset Stables bunkroom, created with large families and kids in mind.
With 7 bathrooms, mornings are easier and everyone has room to spread out.

WHEN YOU'RE NOT EXPLORING THE SMOKIES...

You may have trouble getting everyone out the door.
Challenge the family to a game of pool or shuffleboard, enjoy classic fun on the pinball machine, or settle into the theater room for a movie night.
Outside, gather around the propane firepit, fire up the charcoal grill and enjoy the mountain air.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED

The fully equipped kitchen makes feeding a large group simple, while Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washer/dryer, Pack 'n Play and highchair add the comforts that make a vacation easier.
And yes—your dogs are welcome, too.

We are dog friendly! 2 Dogs max with a $150 non-refundable fee. No aggressive breeds. Dogs must be spayed or neutered. Always clean up after your dog. Dogs are to remain off of all furniture and beds. Do not bathe dogs in sinks, tub/shower, or hot tub. Guest agrees to supervise dogs at all times and take necessary precautions to prevent damage or disturbance to the property, ensuring dogs are well-behaved, house-trained, and not a nuisance to neighbors, and never unattended in the home. Always crate (not provided) if you will be away. Dogs MUST be leashed at all times when outside of the home, and noise and disturbance must be limited. Dog owner is fully liable for any damages to the property and its furnishings caused by dog(s) and will be asked to pay full replacement costs of any damages. If dogs or any other animals are brought into home without prior approval or agreement, owners reserve the right immediately terminate reservation.


This cabin is 35 mins from major attractions, a 38 min drive to Gatlinburg, a 28 min drive to Pigeon Forge & Dollywood.

***Guest booking must be 25 years or older. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks. Parking area and entrance under video surveillance. The pool is serviced Tuesdays & Fridays. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-In time is between 4pm and 10pm FIRM. Neighborhood quiet hours between 9pm & 8am.
