2 BR, 2 BA Condo – Ski In – Walk To Town – Sleeps 8!

If you and your group want to be close to the slopes and close to town, this is the place! It’s just a short (half a block) walk from the Snowflake lift, and at the end of the day, ski the 4 O’Clock Run back to the property. Breckenridge’s Main Street is just a couple of blocks away or a quick ride on the free shuttle. You’ll also enjoy the outdoor hot tub on the property, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool!

This nicely appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a great choice for families or groups of up to eight people. It boasts an open, comfortable living room with a beautiful stone gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV above it. The fully equipped kitchen has all the gear you need to keep the gang fueled up for the slopes, and there’s plenty of seating: the picnic-style table seats six, and there’s room for five at the counter for breakfast and snacks.

The balcony offers a quiet retreat to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, and parking for two vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Snowflake lift was a short (uphill) walk and although the ski-in was not open due to lack of snow, it would have been very convenient. Short walk to downtown area. Condo was very clean, extra blankets were nice. Parking was easy.

The location of this unit is excellent and very convenient. However, the space itself is a bit cramped, especially if you’re staying with the full eight guests it accommodates, which is why I’m deducting one star.Unfortunately, my experience with the management company also impacted my overall rating. The email I received requesting the second half of the rental payment appeared unusually sketchy, even though it turned out to be legitimate. In addition, customer support from the management company was not very responsive or helpful.Lastly, if you plan to use the laundry facilities, be aware that there are no bill-to-coin machines on the property. You’ll need to bring 4 in quarters for each wash and dry load.Overall, the location is a strong highlight, but there are some logistical and management-related drawbacks that make me reconsider booking this property in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a good location and you could definitely ski in (not out). The condo itself was, fine, definitely a bit dated, with some fairly lower end finishes. Bedrooms were very tight and bathrooms felt pretty low end. The hot tub nearby is fine, but very small for the entire building. We also used the larger pool/hottub facility, but drove bc it's winter. So it was fine, but not great. Parking for the unit itself was easy. The unit is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, so you will be hauling luggage and skis up/down stairs. All in all it got the job done for our ski trip but definitely felt on the lower end. Price point seemed reasonable, so while we probably wouldn't stay here again, if you are looking for something at a better price than other options, it could work for you.

Great Ski In Condo

Ski out wasn’t an issue either only a block to snowflake lift, you could literally ski into your apartment after a great day on the slopes. Very nice location, close to main street. Could walk everywhere needed 10/10 recommend for a trip to breckenridge

Snowflake gem!

This unit is in a perfect location. Short walk to the snowflake lift where you can leave your ski gear. After a full day of skiing you can take the 4 O’clock back to your condo. It is also walking distance to main street and the gondola, etc. The Hot tub is the icing on the cake after a full day of skiing!

Nice property for small group

The property was comfortable and well appointed. The photos are representative. Ski in was very convenient as you take 4 O'Clock right to the back parking lot. To access the closest lift you walk up the street to the Snowflake lift. It's less than a five minute walk. The management company was highly responsive to any questions or needs. They replaced a broken lamp quickly. They were top notch.
