The Park House est. 2024 is a newly remodeled Ranch-style house featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms. A beautiful open floor plan with a dreamy kitchen, oversized living room and spacious dining room with bar.

The Town Park is right across the street for all to enjoy and the spacious back yard is fenced, offering 2 firepits, surrounded by mature Hickory and Oak trees. There's plenty of room to sit around either fire-pit or grill some delicious food for lunch or dinner. Even the kiddos will have room to run around and play some outdoors games that we provide, such as Cornhole, Croquet, Ladder-Ball and a couple Basketballs to shoot hoops across the street at the Town Park (indoor games as well). Everyone is sure to enjoy themselves by enjoying each other's company.

This kitchen has plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils for adults and children. Surrounding the stainless-steel appliances are beautiful soft-close Kraft Maid cabinets and the counter tops are gorgeous black-copper granite. The "live edge" bar offers seating for 4 while the pub height dining table seats 6 where many delicious meals can be enjoyed by the entire family or friendly get-togethers. All cookware, small appliances, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils (including children's) are provided for our guests.

Fayetteville has plenty of delicious restaurants within a half mile walking distance or a short drive to all that Fayetteville has to offer. Be sure to check out the local shops and other attractions during your visit and don't forget to take the kiddos downtown for ice cream.

Looking for excitement? Some of the best Whitewater Rafting is on the New River, and the Gauley River is not that far of a drive. Rafting trips on the New River run Spring thru Fall and the awesome Gauley River offers rafting trips mid-September through the middle of October (dam fed water from Summersville Lake). Both rivers have Class IV rapids offering half day and full day trips.

The event takes place on the 876-foot tall New River Gorge Bridge in Fayetteville, WV, from 9:00am. to 3:00pm. featuring BASE jumping, rappelling and vendors.
