Vista Vela 3 is located just behind Costco in el Tezal , very well located.
The Neighborhood:
El Tezal (when translated to English is The Complexion) is a suburban area of Cabo San Lucas, situated near the Tourist Corridor which connects Los Cabos at an altitude of 30 meters. El Tezal is a residential zone, where there is very nice developments, only 7 minutes from downtown Cabo, the Marina, and Medano Beach.
Getting Around:
The condo has a free private parking space inside the guarded premises. You can also find free parking on the street just outside the complex. There is Uber and Uber Eats available in the area!
Other Things to Note:
Enjoy an excellent concierge service included during your stay. (Using Airbnb chat) to:
-Request more paid cleanings
-Restaurant and bar recommendations
-Tour recommendations
-Report any disagreement or suggestion for a prompt solution
Interaction with Guests:
HOUSE RULES
• Be mindful of your neighbors
• No Smoking inside the property and no throwing litter from balcony.
• No parties or disturbances are permitted. Keep the noise to the minimum after 11 pm and before 9 AM.
• No additional guests allowed in the property.*
• Remember to turn A/C and lights off when you leave the property.
• Parking must be in the Unit Number's Parking spot #8302 (Do not block the neighbor´s sparking spots)*
• Speed limit inside the community is 15 km/h
• No pets allowed
• No glass containers allowed in pool and common areas and don’t have loud music in the common areas.
• Garbage must be thrown in the garbage shut, littering from the balcony or leaving garbage in common areas is not permitted.
• Children under 10 years old must are not permitted without adult supervision in the pool area or clubhouse.
• Use of drones is strictly prohibited
*Fines may apply up to $500 USD
