New construction freshwater property with screened pool for your comfort. The perfect mix between quiet living and city life Right in the middle to go to Cape Coral or Punta Gorda. If you are looking for peace, safety and serenity this is the place. Villa Florina at Cape is waiting for you. I can recommend charter boat few minutes from the house to spend half day on the private beach , fishing or stop at waterfront restaurants for affordable rates. Guest with es fishing rods can also fish from the seawall of the house. The House does not have neighbors on either side but an environment of respect is required between the few neighbors. No loudly/noisy pool parties allow. Street is family oriented. No smoke is allowed. Disclosure: The house has security cameras (outside)

Home away from Home

I was in need of a relaxing getaway and this was the perfect place. The home was so beautiful and the area was a little secluded which made the stay peaceful! The home was clean and the pool was so nice to enjoy. Liz was so sweet and easy to communicate with and made the check in process so easy. Will definitely be booking again for future getaways !

Second Stay - home away from home

After my first stay here in September, I knew I would be back. Liz made my second stay here just as wonderful as the first. This was a perfect place to destress and reconnect with family and friends in the area. This home is truly relaxing and beautiful and communication with the host Liz was super easy and she is super nice ! Might book another stay in the near future once again . Officially calling it my home away from home!

Home away from home

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Cape Coral I 100% recommend this home. It was impecable. It accommodated my family and I so well. Our host Lisbeth surpassed all of our expectations, she was always so attentive and responsive to our questions. It truly felt like our home away from home. We loved the homey feeling it gave us. We hope to be back soon!

They provided everything we could need it was an amazing weekend. Master shower is off set. The main trash can not quite big enough for us. Owners were very nice and pleasant.

Our stay was perfect in every way! Property description was accurate. This new construction was immaculately clean. Check-in couldn't have been easier. Host communication was excellent, she even checked in on us when she saw we were arriving later than anticipated due to a flight delay. We arrived very late so the cold water bottles in the fridge and the supplies to make coffee the next morning were much appreciated. We would highly recommend this property and host!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The house was even more stunning than the photos, with plenty of space for our group. The house was immaculately clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed before and during our stay. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation rental. It truly felt like a home away from home! 5 stars and can't wait to return!"

Stunning and wonderful

Truly, one of the best places I’ve ever rented it has everything you could absolutely need. It has kitchen utensils, pots pans anything you can really think of! the host is the most incredible host I have ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay went amazing and she did! I only have good things to say about her and the property!!! The outdoor area is so nice. There’s so much outdoor furniture. she even left beach towels for the pool area. The pool was perfectly crystal clear and the outside canal was beautiful to look at. We really look forward to renting this again 10 out of 10 “added plus she let us use the garage”

Because is safe , easy access to Charlotte and Lee county and also near to many luxurious houses gulf access also close to Burnt Store Marina and Public boat ramp. The location can take you to country side life and a minute after to modernism. Few houses built around it makes it a fairly quiet street.

Very peaceful and well located right in between Punta Gorda or Cape Coral to get the best from both cities. Quick access to Burnt Store RD
The house is 5 minutes driving from Charlotte Harbor Preserve
