3-Week Stay in April

Very quiet location, close to beach. Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella available for beach usage. Close proximity to Publix Supermarket, Walmart and various eating establishments. Having stayed in the Orlando/Davenport area previously, traffic here was considerably less congested. Host was very responsive to questions. Would certainly consider returning here.

3 Week Stay in April

Very quiet location, close to beach. Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella available for beach usage. Close proximity to Publix Supermarket, Walmart and various eating establishments. Great get away in troubled world

Although most people told us to stay home, we took the risk and traveled to our favorite vacation spot! The drive/bike ride from the house to the beach and back was perfect. The house was clean and well supplied.

Our favorite holiday house!

We loved the house and especially the pool so much last summer that we didn't hesitate to book it again! The swimming pool is perfectfor littles and bigger kids and adults. We had plenty of space for everyone to relax and the house was so clean upon our arrival! Leslie is wonderfulto work with as she is quick to respond to questions and quick to make the stay perfect!! The location provides a scenic walk to the beach over the causeway andis very close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was great to have lots of towels for the pool and beach as well as beach chairs and sand toys. There were bicyclesfor the kids as well as pool floats. We will be back next summer!!

Repeat stay at our favorite holiday house!

Family vacation

Being able to open sliding doors and extend inside living area with outdoor pool area made this a wonderful vacation. With 4 kids under 5 the baby fence put our minds at ease. The property manager responded to all calls promptly.

So great!

Was a great stay! Loved the house and the pool! Was so cool! :) We thought the master bed was too hard so we reached out and the gal ordered and delivered us a mattress pad that same day!!!!!! And it made all the difference! She was amazing to do that!! Thanks again! :)

A Swiss family in Venice/Englewood

We had a great time in Venice and around - The property is located a few minutes drive to Manasota Beach and was clean, reasonably well equipped but need a thorough updating (kitchen appliances, old TV's in the bedrooms, the grill was horrible...) - It offered loads of space - Venice is a proper little place with a range of good restaurants and shops - Publix grocery store and other necessary stores are very close by within 10 minutes driving, but if you want to make outstanding shopping, you must go to "The Mall at University Town Center" (Sarasota) about 45 minutes driving - If possible, we will gladly be staying here again in the future.

Perfect for our family vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The pool was great with a large kiddie portion and it had a very large patio area. There were a few quirks (jets in the jacuzzi did not work and a broken plunger in the sind) but once a call was made the repairs happened quickly. There were pool toys and a few bikes left, although we had to do a few repairs on the bikes. The house sits on a very quiet road so great for little kids just learning to ride bikes. As far as cleanliness goes, there was lots of dirt on the floors when we arrived and my son noticed that the vacuum filter was plugged so it may have been vacuumed but not picking up much stuff. He cleaned the vacuum and it was better. There was also some sort of rodent poop in the garage by the entry door when we arrived, not sure if it happened just prior to us getting there or had been there for a while.

Great Family Vacation

Phenomenal home for a family vacation. Rooms are spacious and the pool size was definitely the highlight for our grandsons (ages 9 and 6). The neighborhood is secluded and quiet. A short 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Manasota Key Beach, with enough chairs and umbrella for our 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen has everything you need. One of the best vacation homes we have rented. Very centrally located to shopping and restaurants in Venice and Englewood. From our numerous vacation experiences, TMI management is by far the best property management company you will ever have the pleasure of dealing with. Lesley and Doreen are personable, knowledgeable and caring professionals. They respond immediately and resolve any issue no matter how minor. We have already reserved with them for next summer! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Reliable, comfortable, spacious feel-good oasis

We were a family (3 adults, 3 children) spending a spectacular time in the Fun in the Sun Villa. Equipped with all you need, the spacious and tastefully furnished Villa offered everything for a great stay! Especially, the numerous huge tables offered a lot of possibilities enjoying a delicious meal in or outside, and there were deckchairs around the pool to just hang out. Depending on who the guests were before you, dishes, pans, and cutlery are more or less clean - after us, for sure all we touched was a little cleaner and more arrayed. Regarding the dishes, be aware you will find camping tableware. However, the kitchen was well-equipped too. All beds are very comfortable. Further to mention, the master bedroom is huge! - One of the rooms could be made a little more cozy, for example, by adding a picture on the wall. Also, there are a lot of towels available, for in- and outdoor. The service of TMI was reliable, we got very quick and always very friendly answers. We were even offered a late check-out in a second house as ours was rented out the same day. All in, we were very happy with our stay and can only recommend TMI for their housing. Thank you, Lesley, for an outstanding vacation experience!

2nd time here- great pool, perfect location

We've rented through TMI yearly since 2019, staying 3 months during winter, and we can't imagine going anywhere else. We are avid lap swimmers and appreciate this home's large pool, great pool heater, and the custom pool cover too. Husband didn't miss a day swimming this past chilly winter, thanks to the 85-86 degree pool! Loved having lunch outside on the pool deck, and daily morning walks to Manasota Beach as we would run into new friends-neighbors and their friendly dogs too. Found some new favorite lunch spots: South Beach Bar and Grille in Boca Grande, Tarpon Point Grille in North Port, Villani and Banyan House in Wellen Park, Unique Cuisine in Venice, and our long-time favorite--pizza and salad at Made in Italy. Lemon Ave is a special street and neighborhood- we just love walking on the packed sandy/dirt road, admiring the landscaping, the peacefulness, and enjoying all the friendly neighbors. Lesley and Doreen are so thoughtful and attentive-- they really go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Can't say enough good things about both of them-- they immediately respond to any issue. Already looking forward to returning in December! Many thanks!

Spacious and secluded

We visit family in Florida every year. We booked this house last year and again this year because it has plenty of room for all of our family to gather. It has a large pool that we all enjoyed in addition to spacious interior. It is minutes from Manasota Key Beach which is beautiful and much less crowded than Siesta Key Beach.

Moore family vacation

Beautiful house with large pool

We had a great time in this house. The large pool, layout of the home and proximity to the quiet beach added to our wonderful experience. A couple of bad storms ripped part of the screen down around the pool. I reported this to the property manager and new screen was installed the next day.

Beautiful location, quiet, and nestled in small neighborhood. Beaches close by with shopping & restaurants within minutes of driving. Great layout of home, large kitchen, & living area. The large pool & hot tub was the highlight for the everyone!

Huge house, great location

The house is huge and in a great location. The pool was awesome! The property manager was very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the beach toys in the garage and the abundance of space in the house. It could use an updating though. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home w a great pool

The house lived up to the pictures and description. We were nervous renting from VRBO bc we have had bad experiences in the past w dirty subpar homes. This house definitely lived up to it’s description!! We had 4 teenagers with us who spent a lot of time in the pool in the evenings. Plenty of space so everyone had a place to go to relax and be separate when needed. Property manager was awesome w communication responding quickly to questions. Only area to improve would be the kitchen cookware. It’s obvious that previous renters have not taken care of the pots and pans and they’re pretty beat up w missing lids. It’s a shame that those renting have not been respectful in caring for those items. We unfortunately struggled w the FL red tide but having the pool definitely made the difference!! Awesome house, would rent it again if we ever go back to the gulf coast!!
