House was a great size, had everything you need in kitchen. Close to all kinds of store and restaurant all about 10-15 min drive. 20-30 mins to downtown Nashville.

The house is a great size and you are afforded great privacy. The host was excellent in allowing changes to dates of stay and in responding to questions.

The house was perfect. The lights were turned on for us when we got there as well as the fireplace. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you need. The host provided easy directions to the property and getting in to the house itself. We would definitely use this home and host again on future trips.

Great location! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Could use some outside upkeep (the bushes in front of the property were very overgrown). Could use a fresh up inside of house before guests arrive. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and dead bugs on the floor. Get ride of bath mat in upstairs bathroom.

Hendersonville house

The house was in a nice location, clean. House advertised as sleeping 8, there is only enough beds for 7 people. Kitchen only has enough seating for 4 people at the table, no extra chairs for any guests to eat in kitchen.

Best thing about the property is the size and location. Very nice size common areas and bedrooms. Dishes were filthy, dead roach in bedroom, corndog stick on the floor right by the bed, giant booger and some other substance on the bathroom door. Broken tiles between kitchen and living area. Master bath had nasty sour smell like shower curtain or bath mats needed washed.

Nice place to stay short term

Overall I rate this 4 stars. The outward appearance of this place is a little out of date. You get the whole house. The house does need a little work, which I informed the owners of. They weren’t aware of the issue identified. They provided everything you need to get the stay started. The host is very reasonable and responsive. My family enjoyed their time.

This place is nothing short of a dump. We needed last minute housing, but we ended up leaving a week early due to the condition of the property. It has mold/mildew in the bathrooms, cracked kitchen tiles, broken flooring, and every vent is cracked. The toilet didn't work, the carpet needs to be replaced, and many of the window sills are cracked. There's a ladybug infestation and the place has a smell that is off-putting. There was also dog poop sitting on the porch when we arrived. I also want to note that I'm not asking for a refund, the place is cheap, we were between houses while moving and it served a purpose. But I don't think I could in good conscience not leave this feedback for others.

The house was clean and as described. The house is not accessible. The porch steps are narrow. Be careful. Big porch but only 3 chairs for such a large house. Bring your own. They have bath towels but no wash cloths or hand towels or kitchen towels. Very few drinking glasses. But other than that the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Bring ice. The ice maker does not work but the water dispenser in the refrigerator does. Bring your own Kleenex. Upstairs bathroom has no place to put anything. No hooks for towels etc. master bath is great. Master bedroom is very large. Room air conditioning that is very efficient. Large living room ! But not a lot of places to sit if you are bringing a big group of friends. Lots of parking available on site. The house is very well located. And sits back. So it’s quiet. The hosts were very responsive.

Big house for my family to stay while we waited to move into our new house. However the esthetics were sub par. Overgrown bushes covered the front of the house and there were dead bugs under some of the beds indicating they had not swept under them in a while. Some of the A/C vents were broken too. Fix those things and it’s a nice property.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, especially because many of these same concerns were mentioned in reviews from 2024 and still have not been addressed.Upon arrival, we found multiple windows unlocked, which raised safety concerns. The home was not as clean as expected: the floors were spotted and appeared not to have been vacuumed, there were dead bugs in the corners, and cobwebs were visible on the kitchen faucet and front porch. The tub and shower leaked, leaving the bath mats completely soaked, and several floor tiles were cracked.The living room sofa was stained and dirty enough that we chose not to sit on it, preventing us from enjoying the space. Outside, the back porch was overgrown with weeds and poorly maintained.We also experienced an unsettling situation when we returned one morning and found a strange man in a Chevy SUV urinating in the driveway. In addition, there was a vehicle parked near the garage that we were not expecting, leaving us unsure whether someone else had access to the property.The home has potential, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and security issues significantly impacted our stay. We hope the host addresses these long-standing concerns so future guests have a better experience.

The property required an extensive questionnaire just after booking, which I've never experienced before. Felt a tad invasive. The property was easy to find, and the check in process was easy- we got the code and other information the morning of our arrival. There is a definite musty smell in the house, but it seemed clean enough. There are AC units in each room, which we loved because my husband sleeps hot. We had a prompt reaponse about one of the units, which needed its tank emptied- they were willing to come do it, but it was easy enough to take care of on our own. The master bedroom gets a TON of morning light! Bring a sleep mask.

I have never made this type of a review, but I do not want anyone else to have the bad experience we had. This property is not maintained at all. There are many safety and cleanliness issues in the house. There is a full time renter on the property, which made us very uneasy. I had read a review from 5 years ago that warned against this property. I thought surely it was all fixed, but that was not the case. Many of the issues in that review are still not fixed. I suggest you scroll on past this option, especially if you have young children.

Horrible Check-in process

Ckeck in process was deplorable. They said the system was down at the time; seems doubtful as one of the Property Reps agreed with me. Property needs some up keep, missing siding and metal on soffitt. Towels are limited and not placed in the bathrooms. No shampoo or soap dispensers. Remotes to the TV cable boxes did not work, ROKU did work. Swingset in back is not trust worthy. Nice neighbors.

Property looks and feels like it has never had a deep clean

The overall experience was ok. Having to send a deposit outside or vrbo felt weird/ off. But the place itself was so dirty. At first glance it looks ok, but when you settle in you notice the massive stains on all of the carpets, how much dirt is still inside of them (when barefoot). We couldn’t use the large tub listed in the photos because it also looks like it has never been cleaned. Super gross feeling, especially with infants. Most of the furniture is also worn down and has that gross feeling to it. It’s clear that this place is just a cash grab and not a rental property that anyone actually cares about. Would not stay here again.

This property was rented for sisters week. All 4 of us are over 60 years of age. I would not recommend this property for seniors. Many safety concerns, of which I have listed to the realty company for correction. The photos of the property need to be updated. If more than 4 people rent, there are not enough dishes as it is a setting for 4. Very nice location, close to shopping and beautiful neighborhoods. The home needs much repair to the floor in the kitchen, heat vents are not secure and the air conditioning is only downstairs. Cannot give more than a 2 star rating here.
