⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Price Drop! OCT-NOV • Modern 5BR • Reunion Resort • Pool Table!

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re happy to hear that you had an excellent stay and that you found the rooms clean, spacious, and enjoyed the top-floor deck. It was a pleasure hosting you. We also appreciate you mentioning the items that could be improved. We’re sorry for any inconvenience with the pool table, ice machine, parking distance, and the check-in process. Since the home is located within Reunion Resort/Spectrum, the arrival process can sometimes feel a bit different, and we understand how that may have been confusing. We’ll review our check-in instructions to make sure they are as clear and helpful as possible for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for your valuable feedback. We’re glad you had a great overall experience and would be happy to welcome you back anytime!

Hello Karla, thank you for your feedback! We’d like to clarify that we provide a starter supply kit for the beginning of your stay, while any additional items are the guest’s responsibility so they can choose their preferred products. Unfortunately, the designated parking area is a short walk from the property, as required by the resort. Both details are clearly mentioned in the listing to help avoid any surprises during your stay. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience next time. 😊

Thank you so much for your Review! It was a pleasure hosting you, and you’re more than welcome back anytime!
