PERFECT LOCATION, AMAZING VIEWS AND SUNSETS FROM A PRIVATE BALCONY!! Stay in the heart of downtown and enjoy the skyline and river view through the large sliding glass doors or from the charming balcony. Battleship Sunset is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple on a romantic getaway because it's quiet and peaceful on the 5th floor. However, you're just steps away from restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment, and the downtown Riverwalk. Free parking for one vehicle is available at a parking deck just one block away, and we highly recommend just leaving your car there and walking or taking an uber as parking downtown can be challenging.

Battleship Sunset is clean, modern, and fully stocked with all of the amenities you need. Check in anytime with contactless, keyless entry and clear instructions. The private condo boasts high ceilings and has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony with stellar views of historic USS North Carolina Battleship. Snacks and bottled water await your arrival. The living room has a large smart TV, comfortable couch, and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, flatware, towels, soaps, sponges, Keurig coffee machine with regular and decaf pods, and the basics like salt, pepper, and oil. The bathroom is clean with fluffy towels, nice individual soaps, a modern glass shower with nice water pressure. The queen size bed has a comfortable mattress and a fully encapsulating mattress protector and quality pillows with fully encapsulating protectors to ensure that they are sanitary. The blankets and linens are clean and of high quality.

Because you're in the heart of downtown, you are a short walk from tons of great restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shopping, and entertainment. Check out our thorough guest book for recommendations! The beaches are just a 15 or 20 minute drive away. The USS North Carolina Battleship can be reached via water taxi or by car.

We loved the location, view, and cleanliness of this property. Unfortunately we could not get the stovetop to work, and the morning we left I couldn’t get the dishwasher to start. But this doesn’t affect our review because we were not visiting Wilmington to cook or do dishes; as there are many great restaurants to choose from. A special thank you to the host for being attentive.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and conveniently located right on the river. We cooked in the place and had all the necessary. There were also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The communication with the owners was incredibly easy and friendly. Thank you very much!

Great location

Loved the location. Walked on the river walk every morning. Great restaurants, bars and ice cream to walk to. Only 20 min from Wrightsville Beach. Had no hot water and they immediately came that night. Noticed the water pump looked blown, so next morning they moved us to their loft toward the other end of downtown. Very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely book again.

Great spot

Great spot to be in downtown Wilmington. The parking was close to the apartment and all the shops were walking distance to. Loved watching the sunset from the balcony.

Battleship Sunset Condo

My husband and I chose to go to Wilmington for our anniversary and brought our 18 month old son along as well. The condo looked just like the pictures and was extremely clean! The location was absolutely amazing. Literally everything is within walking distance so you can just leave your car in the parking garage pretty much the entire trip. Great place to stay in Wilmington!within walking distanxe

Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Battleship Sunset! The location truly can’t be beat—right on the riverwalk and within walking distance to so many great restaurants. We enjoyed strolling the area and trying different places to eat each day. The free parking was super convenient and just a short walk from the property.The home was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the balcony was perfect for relaxing and watching the gorgeous sunsets each evening. It was such a treat to have that view right outside our door.The hosts were excellent communicators and made everything seamless. The property was exactly as described in the photos and reviews. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend!

A very nice getaway spot

I’ve stayed in this same complex before, just a different apartment. This one is really nice and has a great view! A couple of little maintenance things that could be improved(balcony curtain, kitchen rugs) but loved it here! Quick responses and parking super close by, perfect spot in downtown with plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance! Also the view is fantastic!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The balcony was lovely and view of the waterfront and battleship were great. Luckily several of our restaurants were close by. The cotton exchange was 2 blocks away. It was very nice to be able to cook. Also, the fireplace was fantastic!

Perfect Spot for a Weekend Away

This was the perfect spot for a short weekend away for our friends birthday. The unit was super clean, the bed was very comfortable , and you can not beat the view of the water and battleship on the balcony. We will be back ! Thank you !
