Enjoy a full kitchen, dining area, living room, tv room, fenced yard, and outdoor seating area. The backyard is great space to relax, grill, and store your bicycles.

It's an easy four block walk to Main Street, hop on a free WeCycle e-bike (station just around the corner), or take a 6-minute walk down the bike path to the downtown core for dining, shopping, yoga, and art studios. Hiking and single track mountain biking trails only a few minutes drive or bike ride away, the paved 42 mile Rio Grand Trail (Glenwood to Aspen) is located one block away, and valley wide RFTA bus station is only a ten minute walk down the bike path.

Smoking is not allowed. Stays longer than 14-days require cleaning service, which is included in your booking fee.

Pet Policy - Up to two dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee. Pets must be disclosed to us before arrival. The dog/s cannot bark, dig in the yard, and must stay off the furniture. All pet waste must be cleaned up. We are happy to provide food and water bowls.
