This 3rd-floor gem offers a cozy yet spacious retreat, perfect for solo travelers or couples. With a luxurious Queen size bed, rest assured you'll enjoy a restful night's sleep. Need to look sharp? We've got you covered with an iron board and iron.

Our meticulously curated space features a GE all-in-one washer/Dryer, 2-burner cooktop stove, and a convenient convention microwave, ensuring your comfort and convenience during your stay. Rest assured, we've got everything you need to whip up a delightful meal or simply relax and enjoy your stay.

After dinner, unwind with a movie on our couch that pulls out to a sleeper so you can relax or sleep. From fresh towels to basic toiletries, we've thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.

But be warned: our Charming Manchester Retreat is so inviting, you might be tempted to stay forever. Just kidding! (Well, kind of.)

Amazing stay. Easy check-in/access and Karl was quick to answer any questions I had. The place was immaculate, clean and modern with all the amenities you’ll need. Very convenient and walkable to coffee shops, bars & restaurants. We’ll be back.

I wanted to clarify that the microwave in the unit is a convection microwave, which means it functions like a small oven by circulating hot air for baking, roasting, and crisping, just on a more compact scale. Many guests are pleasantly surprised by how versatile it can be for cooking, but we totally understand that it’s different from a traditional full-size oven. This is a smaller 1-bedroom unit with a highly efficient kitchen and full laundry, designed to maximize comfort and functionality. If you had any questions during your stay about how the convection microwave works, we would have loved to assist you right away and help you get the most out of it. We appreciate your feedback and are always happy to help guests feel confident using all the appliances in the home. Thanks again for staying with us!

Great space in Manchester

I stayed three nights at this well thought out extremely clean space in Manchester to visit my son. The spa shower was the best so relaxing!Next time I’m here this is where I will stay!Had everything I needed!!!!

This property was beautiful, modern and very sufficient. It had everything you would need to keep you comfortable for a few days or longer. My two sons and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Great apartment in Manchester

The space was VERY nice. Everything was clean and comfortable for our 2 nights there. Close to great restaurants and brewery (HIGHLY recommend Silk City Coffee and Urban Lodge). Karl was very responsive and accommodating!

Highly recommend

We were very happy with our stay! The host was very responsive to any questions and the place was clean and newly remodeled. The space is small but was perfect for our needs. I would caution that this space requires several sets of stairs - it's essentially an apartment in the attic of this house. This may be something to consider if you have any health issues.

Quaint modern apt. near d’town Manchester

Great 3rd floor apt. very close to downtown Manchester! Great updated apt. with kitchen, living room/TV area w/ sofa bed and hardwood floors throughout. The shower is spa quality with several features. Th, host Karl is very communicative and attentive. Easy .3 walk to several bars, restaurants, coffee shop & more! Highly recommend you stay here! I’ll be back again.

A must stay!

Absolutely luxurious stay! This VRBO had it all – from stunning hiking trails nearby to refreshing swimming spots. Plus, the convenience of shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. So much to do! Exquisite comfort awaits inside this VRBO! From plush furnishings to top-notch amenities, every detail was meticulously designed for relaxation and enjoyment. A true oasis of luxury. Karl was an exceptional host !!!! He responded right away any time I reached out. He ensured I had all I needed. He is so kind and personable !! He's the hostess with the mostess! I will definitely be back !

Full time I’m actually a firefighter, and I'm always happy to help my guests with anything they need to make their stay as enjoyable as possible.

I've put a lot of effort into making it the perfect home away from home, and I can't wait to share it with you.

I choose this neighborhood to have these fantastic rentals available because they are a short walk to most everything on Main Street especially if you don't have a car. There's a fantastic coffee shop and brewery with kitchen just down the street on Birch. It really gives you that city vibe feel and you can walk up and down Main Street to see all the great businesses.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I have ample parking, surround by LED lighting on the exterior. These units are each a whole floor to yourself in a private apartment. They do share a common hallway to access each unit. However this is one of the cleanest buildings on the block with the nicest size property.
