peaceful and convenient

we very much enjoyed our time in this location. it was quiet and comfortable, and the space had everything we needed (esp in the kitchen). would definitely stay there again!

Charming guest house

Great , Cozy and Quiet

My husband and I rented this cozy home for2 nights and had our grand girls out for a Mermaid themed day. The pool was clean and spectacular and the porch was great for crafts. Thank you for our hospitality.

Loved our 3 week stay!

The hosts were very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The check in was effortless and all directions were clearly shared in advance. The property is quiet and serene. The outdoor space and pool were a nice bonus. The location is 1 mile to Lake Georgetown and a 5 to 10 minute drive to shops and restaurants. Georgetown center is a 20 minute drive and has great restaurants and shops.

Living and kitchen area was very spacious and extended out onto a large covered patio. Pool area was very nicely designed and clean but unfortunately it was a little too cool for us to swim. Grounds around the main house and the guest house were immaculate with some natural area beyond the fence where deer could be spotted daily. The area was extremely quiet and peaceful. We went to sleep with the crickets and loved it!

Spectacular and Cozy

We stayed here for a girls’ weekend and could not have asked for a more discreet but incredibly attentive host. The property is beautiful and within an easy distance to activities for the outdoorsy type or those out for a fun weekend in the big city. We would absolutely recommend this property if you are ever headed to the Austin area. Thanks so much!

This property met and exceeded our expectations! From the initial booking to check in, and the check out process, it was seamless! The property is exactly as defined in the description and very clean. Unfortunately, our schedule did not allow time to enjoy the pool but it looked to be inviting! Weekend getaway

Cute little place. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of clothing storage. The yard was beautiful and made you feel like you were out in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by trees and the occasional deer. Really enjoyed the pool. Didn’t need anything but owner checked in online to make sure. Total privacy from main house. Good maps to enjoy the town and hiking trails. Enjoyed!

Peaceful and Convenient

We were there for the 2024 eclipse...within walking distance to a lovely lake where we got to see the whole thing away from crowds and traffic. The cottage was great!

Highly Recommended

Stayed for a week and the property was perfect for my needs. Very roomy with excellent facilities, and with everything necessary to be self sufficient. The pool is long and great for proper swimming and is in a large and secluded garden. Although the casita is next to the owners house, I had 100% privacy. The owners are super fast with their communication and genuinely wanted me to enjoy my stay.

Five stars PLUS!!!

Rose and Chris went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! They promptly got back to us with answers to our questions. When we requested things out of the ordinary like old towels to wipe mud off the racing bicycle they got it to us quickly. We asked for a bigger trash can and they immediately got us one! ( I think they went out and bought a brand new one.) This place is top notch! All the smoke alarms work well as I tested them with my keen knack of burning dinner/ breakfast! So you are super safe here!!!! The gorgeous pool and the super tame deer are such a wonderful sight to see!! People in Georgetown are super friendly as well!! I highly recommend this stunning space and the people who rent it!! Bed was super comfy too!! Five PLUS Stars!!!!!

Perfect for one

I needed a place to stay near Austin for a few days and this was a great choice. It is the casita for a house in a lake neighborhood and is clean and comfortable.

Quiet and relaxing

We loved our stay here! It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the place was spacious and the pool was nice and relaxing. The owners were great and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The location was great. It was out far enough that it is super quiet, but close enough to shopping and restuarants if we wanted to go anywhere we could be there in 10 minutes. Loved seeing the deer roaming around the property in the evenings. We came here to disconnect and relax for a few days and everything was perfect for that! We would definitely come back!

Great Place to Stay!

The place was very clean, and quiet. The icemaker hadn’t made enough ice yet (by the time we had gotten there), and Rose went and got us some. I’m not used to that hot weather so I was very thankful! It is about 20 minutes from downtown Georgetown. So it is out of the fray which can either be good or bad depending on what you like. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. We used it every day.

Perfect place

We could not have been happier with our house. A must see! I asked for extra blankets and clean towels after the 1st few days and minutes later, we had them. If you like to hike, jog or run. This place is amazing. I would recommend this to anyone trying to get away from the city.

Girls weekend

Amazing pool house get away

We absolutely loved our stay at the pool house! We were in town for a football tournament and was 107 degree heat all day. It was magical to come back to the pool and a refreshing swim. The pool house had all we needed for meals in some nights and breakfast. Very clean and tidy. The owners really respect guests privacy as well. We all felt very lucky to have found this unique retreat! Thank you!!
