A newly renovated home full of fun games for the entire family to enjoy.

The Homestead is a newly renovated home that has been decorated in the modern farmhouse look. We have plenty of room for a family or friend get together. We've decked this home out with an arcade basketball hoop, foosball table, pool table, air hockey as well as ping pong! Our large backyard is fully fenced, ready for marshmallows with a fire pit and grass all around.

You can contact us any time via the portal you have booked through and we will also give our cell phone numbers when check in instructions are sent.

The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. They've put in a brand new playground at the park across the street from the house. The park also has basketball hoops.

There is plenty of parking space in front of the house and on the side of the house. You can park a boat or a camper. Once the backyard is finished we will have an enclosed area for you to park your boat or camper within the fenced area. The deck in the backyard was just redone as well and it looks beautiful. It will be a great spot to soak up some sun or BBQ on the grill.

The house is located only 4 or 5 blocks from most of the restaurants in town. By driving it is only 2 minutes to almost anyplace in town.

Kari, Thank you for your kind review. We really tried to make the house family friendly, from the basketball, pool and air hockey in the basement, to the foosball and video games, it is even across from a park. Hopefully the deck and firepit in back in the fenced yard helps the parents enjoy it. It was nice having you as a guest.

We had a wonderful time at the Homestead! It was a great place to have a couple families come together. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was amazing to be able to bring our pets. Hosts were so accommodating and were quick to respond. Great place to have kids. There was a basketball court and playground right across the street! Thanks for a great stay!

The Homestead was perfect. Great amenities and plenty of room. We could bring the whole family next time. Kitchen was well-equipped. Having the yard for the dog was a bonus. Definitely will book again.

Great place for the kids

We had a group of kids 6-10 and they had a blast with the air hockey and kids room. Over all it was a nice stay and comfy beds.

Casey, Thank you for the kind review. When we went to rehab this house and saw it was next to a large park and playground we decided to make this especially family friendly. The backyard is fenced and we are trying to get grass established again. The firepit in the backyard and deck will hopefully give the adults a space for them as well. We hope to have you back again. We appreciate you as a great guest.

beautiful house

We really enjoyed this house. The bed linen and towels were very clean. The kids had fun playing billiards, basketball and various games that were in the living room. Everything was just great.

Awesome place to stay. One of our favorite so far. Has fun games to keep kids entertained and enough rooms and beds for a big group. Very clean. Owns were friendly and very easy to work with!!

A comfortable Thermopolis stay

The Homestead is a comfortable, spacious, well-appointed, and quiet bungalow recently renovated with the modern comforts of home. The written description is very accurate, and the great reviews support it. The home was very clean, featuring comfortable beds and furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. We would stay again when in the region.

The house was perfect for my friend and I who were on a hunting trip. I was very excited about the fenced in backyard for the convenience of my dog. No leases required!!! The kitchen was well equipped and checking in flawless. The house is well appointed on the work done to date. My only suggestion is the bedrooms needed a dresser for clothes and a place to lay any personal items. Some small rugs would be a nice addition too.

Home better than listing

Kitchen and living area conducive to family gathering! All beds comfortable and linens outstanding! Kitchen supplied with coffee/tea and condiments! Back deck with bbq is a great addition! Walk to town in 14 minutes or a 1 minute drive.

We tried to make this house kid friendly, especially since it is just across the street from a playground and city park. Must stay

The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Our three adult children (ages 19- 26) had a great time playing pool, fuse ball and pop-a-shot. House is close to hot springs pools, park and downtown. Would definitely recommend this place!

Comfy stay

It was very comfortable for my family and myself and my service dog to stay. The 4 kids and some of the adults absolutely loved the games to play in the house. They had to do some yard work while we were there which we had to work around but overall I would highly recommend this house.

I dont remember reading in the description about a park/playground accross the street. It was great the kids loved it. We had a chearpinh smoke alarm, yhe host came right over to fix it and left extra batteries. She also allowed us to leave our dog in the fenced in yard after check out so we could attend a dinosaur dig. Overall hood experience.Curb appeal could be better, but the host mentioned it was the next project. The inside of the house clean and comfortable. Would have liked a griddle for pancakes and a railing on the stairs.

Great place for a big family!

We were the first people to stay in this property. Everything was brand new. Everything! It was such a treat. It had 4 bedrooms that could hold up to 10 comfortably. It would be a great place for a big family with a bunch of kids or maybe two families. Smart TVs worked great and internet was excellent. Beds were comfortable. There was a good sized deck and grill that we did not use and the backyard was a work in progress, which we knew in advance. It will be beautiful. Looks like a nice brick patio and lots of rooms for kids to run around. Very easy to get in and out via the side of the house with direct access to the kitchen and lower level. It was walking distance to the center of town and there were parks nearby. Keep in mind that the properties in this area are 50-100 years old, but this place was very up to date with all the modern conveniences. Jerry and Alyssa could not have been more helpful. Lots of great outdoor activities, museums and a few good restaurants in town.
