It sounds like the digital guestbook may have been missed—it includes detailed instructions on the door lock, trash disposal, and more. Check-out instructions are also sent directly via text prior to departure, so we’ll double-check that we had the correct contact number on file for you. Parking can be tight along the beach, though we’re thankful this property offers additional parking across the street when needed. We understand luggage carts can be in high demand—those are maintained by the HOA, but we’ll be sure to share your feedback with them. As for the balcony door, Gulf-front construction requires heavy-duty sliders that can sometimes need an extra push, especially with the salty coastal conditions.
