As part of our continued efforts to maintain and enhance the resort, these projects will involve work on building exteriors, unit balconies, pool facilities, and other common areas. Due to the scope of the work, certain units, balconies, pools, and common areas may be temporarily unavailable at various times.

During this period, you may see construction equipment, contractors, and workers throughout the resort. You may also experience construction-related noise during active working hours.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve and enhance North Beach Resort & Villas. We apologize for any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciate your cooperation during this time.

-Please remember that this is a Non-smoking property, including the balcony.
-No Motorcycles, RVs, or Trailers are allowed on the Property.
-No Pets are permitted (except registered service animals).
-​Security Deposit required at check in: You will have two options: a $250.00 hold on a credit card, which will be released at check-out provided there is no damage to the unit, or the Worry-Free Vacation option for $49.99 plus tax. The Worry-Free option is non-refundable and covers up to $1,000 in accidental damage.
