Welcome to the gorgeous Atlantis condo! Host will send your check in information 48 hours prior. Please be sure have check in form and rental agreement completed in order to receive them! There is a cancellation fee of 99.00 for all cancellations made after 24 hours from reserving. Our cancellation policy is if cancelled 31 days prior, full refund. Anything from 30 days is 50% refunded.


The Atlantis Condominium is located direct oceanfront in North Ocean City, one of the most desirable areas in OCMD. Conveniently across from the Ocean City Library and municipal parking (paid) for additional parking if needed. This prime location is within walking distance to popular local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and beach attractions, making it easy to enjoy the best of Ocean City without driving.

Located in North Ocean City, the Atlantis Condominium is within walking distance to many local favorite restaurants and hangouts, including breakfast spots, pizza, and the famous Bull on the Beach for their open-pit beef sandwiches.

Guest Requirement:
All guests must sign a rental agreement and check-in form prior to arrival. The rental agreement reflects the house rules listed in the property details. The check-in form collects the names and ages of all guests and requires uploading a valid ID. Completion of these forms is required to confirm your reservation.

You can take the bus, ride bikes, uber or walk. New to 2025 season, we offer bike, beach chairs & umbrella rentals for your convenience. Inquire with your host.
