Upon entering, you are welcomed into two separate living areas, each stylishly designed and decorated to enhance your visit. The home features two dining areas, perfect for gathering and enjoying meals together. Whether you're preparing dinner in one of the fully equipped kitchens or unwinding by the cozy fireplace in the living room, our home offers ample space and comfort to create lasting memories.

The large windows throughout ensure the home is filled with natural light, enhancing the bright and soothing ambiance. When the day's adventures are done, retreat to one of the four comfortable bedrooms, each offering 5-star resort comforts to rejuvenate you for another exciting day in Detroit. Additional rules
Our security deposit is $500. If an issue, damage, or negligence occurs during your stay (which we hope not), Airbnb will assess the situation and charge you where they see fit after your check out. You will NOT be charged this on top of your total booking amount or be required to pre-pay this ahead of time. If you damage anything in the house, you will be held accountable and responsible for replacing it
at full price.

If you notice that something is damaged or not
usable upon arrival (ie: furniture, appliances, etc.) you MUST notify us and send us photo proof within 24 hours of checking in to avoid being charged for that item. If you fail to notify us and send photo proof, you will be charged for anything that is broken or damaged after your check out. Normal wear and tear includes dings and small marks on the walls or furniture - this is not considered "damage." We understand that accidents happen and will make exceptions for certain situations (if we are notified before your check out).

If you find that something is not operating correctly, appears damaged or needs housekeeping attention, you agree to notify us of the situation promptly. We will make every attempt to repair or correct the situation as promptly as possible, depending on the nature of the situation. If repairs are required, you agree to provide access to the property. Refunds will not be provided if every
reasonable effort is made to repair/replace/clean anything reported as damaged or broken.

We have a Strict No Party Policy. There is a Security Camera at the entrance and Noise detector in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property No refunds. Please continue your booking if you agree with our Rules.

Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. We have a noise
monitoring device outside the house. This is to
ensure our neighbors are not being disturbed. If you exceed the noise limit during your stay, we will be notified as well as you.

There will be a ring security camera outside the premises. This are for safety and security purposes only.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOME. If we smell cigarette smoke or marijuana use inside the house after your check out, you will be charged $150. Please do not move the furniture. If you need to move something temporarily, you must place it back in its original location before checking out.

If you are staying longer than 1 week: please be
aware that this is not a hotel that provides around-the-clock service. You will be responsible for minor household items and cleaning up after yourself. We will provide assistance for major tasks such as lawn
service, household repairs, etc. You will not be
provided regular cleaning during your stay unless you request to pay for this additional service.

During your stay you may receive the visit of lawn service company or snow removal depending on the season to make sure the property is well maintained.

Do not touch the internet modem to refrain from
disconnecting it. If you disconnect the WiFi, the
TVs, thermostats, AND locks will not work (you
won't be able to get inside). We will provide
instructions on how to reconnect the items but will not send assistance to do so, so please do not touch it to refrain from this happening. If there is an outage, we will notify you.

Check-out is 10 am, unless we previously discussed a later check-out time. Please be mindful of this as we usually have back-to-back bookings.

BEFORE CHECK OUT:
You are expected to clean up after yourself before check-out. Please do not leave extra things behind that you have purchased for your stay (ie: food, paper plates, plastic silverware, bath items, etc.).

-All use dishes must be clean and place in the sink before check out.

-Used bedding/sheets must be stripped from the
bed and placed on top of the bed before you leave

-Used towels (both pool towels and bath towels)
must be placed in a laundry hamper or in a pile
before you leave

-Turn off all lights and TVs

-Lock all doors upon check out
