This home is a duplex. SPLIT. There is a left unit and a right unit. You are renting one of the two units. (This one is on the right.) The unit has a private, little, fenced backyard and a private, cozy, little front porch. There is shared parking in the back of the duplex, with one spot dedicated to this unit.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

FUTON: Please let us know if you plan to use the futon so we can have bedding ready for your stay.
