House rules
- Guests should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
- No smoking inside the house. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the back patio of the property. There will be a penalty of $250 if guests smoke within the property. Additional damage fee will be assessed if there is damage due to smoke or any burns found in the property.
- No parties, events, or gatherings. Penalty of $250.
- Please note that the individual making the reservation for this VRBO property must be one of the guests staying at the premises. This policy ensures accountability and a smooth experience for all guests. Additionally, random ID checks may be conducted to verify compliance with this requirement.
- Only the specified number of guests confirmed at the time of reservation will be permitted on the premises of the property. The maximum property capacity is 8 people.
- Quiet time after 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
- No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or on the back patio. Stained sheets per sheet/bedroom is $75
- Dispose of the garbage in the trash cans provided throughout the property.
- No pets allowed. Penalty of $250.
- Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to VRBO.
