This modern and contemporary apartment is set in the best location to enjoy all Melbourne has to offer. Uninterrupted stunning views to north and west of CBD, Docklands and Southern Cross Station. The apartment is filled with abundance of natural light. Enjoy the convenient Melbourne CBD living style with shops and cafes across the road. There is even a Coles Supermarket and a Asian Grocery shop just across the road. Tramlines are at your doorstep. The free city circle tram is just a 4 minutes walk from the apartment. A short stroll will bring you to the Docklands, Crown Casino and Entertainment Centre and South Wharf DFO.
The apartment is just 200 meters (2 mins walk) from Southern Cross Station which the Skybus terminal is located. So getting to/from the Melbourne airport via the Skybus is really easy!
Guest Access - Stunning view and sunset view to the Docklands and Victoria Harbour. - Secure access to the building and apartment. - 2 bedrooms, each bedroom featuring ceiling to floor windows and each fitted with a queen-sized bed. Linens and towels are provided. (sleeps 4) - The Master Bedroom is ensuite with your own private bathroom! - 2 Bathrooms (one ensuite) with shower and toilet. Hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditional are provided. - Three-seater sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed can be formed to become a double bed (sleeps 2). Take note if you have 4 or fewer guests, the usage of the sofa beds may incurred additional cost due to the additional cleaning of extra linen and quilt provided. Please check within. - Blinds on all windows. - 49" SMART TV with NETFLIX!!! - Internet / Wireless WIFI - Air-conditioning and heating. - Full Kitchen facilities, with utensils and cutleries. - Free Coffee, tea, sugar and milk. - Fridge/Freezer. - Microwave. - Toaster - Kettle. - Washing Machine and Dryer - Iron and Ironing Board - Hair Dryer.
Communal facilities provided by the building: - Gym. - 25m indoor Swimming Pool - Sauna.
NOTE : Communal facilities are managed by the building and the host takes no responsibility of the facility being closed by building management for maintenance during your stay.
Interaction with guests
* The check-in and check-out time is stated in this listing.
* You will be met in person (before 6pm) and given a brief intro to the building and the whereabouts to visit in Melbourne.
* Please provide your (1) flight number, (2) fight arrival time or expected arrival time and (3) expected departure time.
This will allow me to plan the time for me to meet you and for the cleaners to come in.
* An extra fees of A$12-A$100 applies if this information is not provided within 3 days in advance of arrival and a special arrangement needs to be made.
* Check-in after 6pm may attract a fees (A$12-A$50). Please enquire within for details.
* Earlier check-in and late check-out depends on availability.
* If there is anything you cannot find during your stay, please send me a message.
* Please inform of any damages/issues during your stay.
Getting There Getting to the apartment is easy. Just take the Skybus from Melbourne Airport to Southern Cross Station. The building is just opposite the Southern Cross Station.
Getting Around The Marvel Stadium, the Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) and Docklands are all within walking distance.
Apartment is also in the Free Tram Zone.

Great location as it’s close to lots of attractions.
Nice and friendly. Kids were surprised there’s indoor rock climbing as we only thought there’s only gym and pool. Kids absolutely love it.

Very disappointed in the checking-in system re being advised of location and how to collect key - I had to chase it up which was 24 hrs before checking in - most unsatisfactory - needed this information prior to departure from home town.

Great location and super clean
Couldn’t fault this place or the host. Fantastic location and a very clean & well maintained apartment. Views from the panoramic windows & balcony were breathtaking. Lots of great little restaurants at doorstep. My kids loved the garden terrace, pool and rock climbing wall on level 6. Can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect Stay in a great location
Perfect apartment for our short weekend stay in Melbourne. Daniel was extremely helpful and accommodating before and during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, was very comfortable and in a great location close to public transport.

Amazing family city stay
From the first interaction with our host we knew this was going to be a fantastic and stress free experience. Daniel was fantastic in all aspects of assisting us with checking in to his briefing on the property and good experiences close by.
The apartment couldn’t put a foot wrong. Amazing views and a super central location which made our city stay easy and relaxing.
The apartment was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed.

In Melbourne CBD
Property is conveniently near Southern Cross Station and free tram zone is very convenient for visitors exploring CBD. Also grocery store across the street for those like us who wish to prepare a few meals on our travels. Unit is well equipped and surprisingly quiet given the construction of the new Ritz Carlton. Across the street. Windows very effective at keeping noise out. Access to a modest gym and a pool in next building.

Great Apartment in a Great Location
Great location only a short walk from Southern Cross Station so very easy to get to and from the Airport on the SkyBus.
Getting in and out of the apartment building is easy. The apartment is a nice size with 2 bathrooms so staying with up to 6 people is no issue (we had 5). Decent sized kitchen area that you really only need for making coffee and tea at night as there are way too many options for eating out in Melbourne. Plenty of cups, utensils etc. none the less. The lounge area is a nice size so the apartment feels pretty open and there's a nice view out over the city.
Short walk to Victoria Markets, Docklands and Marvel Stadium, Crown Casino or into the CBD. We went to the footy at the MCG and there is no issue getting there from this side of the city.
The host is extremely nice and communication was great. Will definitely stay here again when in Melbourne.

Modern 2BR/2BA across from South Cross Station in CBD. Great view of Marvel Stadium and the River. Easy access to tram, groceries, pharmacy and cafes. Daniel, the owner, is easy to communicate with and makes the stay easy. There is a lot of construction across the street, so this isn’t the place if you want to sleep in. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

This is really an excellent apt. One of the best we've rented. The location is perfect; near the So. Cross station, the free tram, the dockland and the CBD. It is very clean and well outfitted. The bathrooms were modern, clean and the shower was great. The beds were new and very comfortable. The Wifi worked as expected as did the AC. The TV is nice and large! The views from this corner Apt are stunning. All of the windows are outfitted with black-out type shades so it easy to block out the light for sleep or the sun from heating the apt. too much. The kitchen area is fine for quick meals; there's a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and clothes washer. Daniel and Simon were very attentive and responsive to all of our needs. The instructions for arrival and check-in are definitely the best we've ever seen. We did have a car and the adjoining car park was a blessing. Very nice place, we'd love to come back to it sometime.
