This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has room for up to 10 guests. The King primary ensuite has deck access and overlooks the dunes and ocean.  Another guest room offers water views with a queen and twin. Bedroom #3 is another king ensuite and bedroom #4 has 2 double 

Great for family outdoor fun.Inside this comfortably and beautifully designed home you’ll find books and games; there’s something for everyone.

The beach access/boardwalk is located just one house over and you can reach it from both the front of the house or off the back deck. It’s approximately a 0.30 mile walk to the beach.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
A golf cart is included with your stay and is a great way to get to all the island amenities and tootle around enjoying the wildlife and natural beauty on Fripp Island. Club cards are available and are used to enjoy Resort pools, dining, tennis, and golf.  Kids will love the Activity Center and Camp Fripp during the summer.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities, and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
