Loft Cabin on 100acr Property on Arrow Lake Beach and Privacy

Our property provides the ambience of a private secluded summer residence with beach. The cabin is on a hillside overlooking our lake front pasture and our private bay with sandy beach. The location is very private with a beautiful deck where you can enjoy the sunset over the mountains.
The cabin is spacious and perfect for families and couples. Natural wood is the main material throughout. The main floor of the cabin consists of a spacious living area with sofas, an open kitchen with dining, a large bathroom, a bedroom with walk in closet and an hallway with laundry utilities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size stove and oven, side by side fridge, dishwasher and microwave. From the main kitchen window you have views over the lake.
The living room has a TV (Chromecast and DVD player) and an electrical stove fireplace.
The bedroom has a king size bed and an open walk in closet.
The bathroom has a free standing clawfoot tub, a shower, toilet and sink with lots of space to store items.
The entrance with laundry has closets and a washer and dryer.
The open loft there has two double beds.
A large deck wraps around two sides of the cabin with gorgeous views over the pasture, beach and bay. There is a BBQ on the deck. Tall trees provide shade.
Take a few steps off the deck to a short private path that leads you down to the pasture and beach. The property is a total of 100 acres and offers trails for hiking and exploration. Watch the Ospreys and Bald Eagles fish in our bay. There is always lots of wildlife around. Have fun! You are welcome to bring your umbrellas, towels, paddle boards, kayaks or canoe to our beach. Usage of the beach is of your own risk. Please be aware that Arrow Lake is a big body of water and can change from calm to vicious in seconds and water temperatures can be cold. Always wear a life jacket.
Visit Nakusp, the two developed and the undeveloped hot springs in the valley, mountain bike at Mr. Abriel or visit some of the many hidden gems in the area.

There is lot of wilderness to explore around the property. Winters are magical around the Arrow Lake with moderate temperatures and a lot of snow in the mountains. Backcountry ski or snow shoe explorations are a lot of fun.

Dogs:
Well behaved dogs that stay off the furniture (not on sofas, beds etc.) are very welcome and if they do not run after wildlife or farm animals can be kept without a leash. There is so much room to run around for dogs and with our rock bluff to the north and a meshed fence to the south it is quite safe. Our resident dog Schoko is very friendly.
