Following a winding gravel road up the mountains, guests arrive at this serene retreat, where relaxation and natural beauty converge in perfect harmony.

The kitchen offers modern cooking amenities, including a traditional oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and everything you need for a great meal. Plus, for added convenience, we have a mini fridge to stock refreshing drinks. If you'd rather cook outside, we've got you covered with a gas grill.

Downstairs, the basement is a haven for the little ones, featuring comfortable bunk beds and a vibrant game room. Meanwhile, upstairs awaits a haven for the adults, where tranquility meets luxury. Step out onto the private balcony and be greeted by breathtaking views that soothe the soul and inspire relaxation. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, this is the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

On rainy days, there is still plenty to do inside. With a game room featuring a ping pong table and foosball table, you'll be having fun for hours! Free, fast Starlink Wifi and Dish TV with hundreds of channels will keep you connected. There are board games to rummage through. Everywhere you turn, this house has what you're looking for!

Some things to note about Cascade Falls:

-Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available, feel free to ask us!

-Please try to limit the number of cars per reservation to 6 or fewer.

-The base rate includes FOUR guests. ADDITIONAL guests are EXTRA. This includes additional wear and tear on the property, higher utility usage, increased cleaning time and supplies, as well as the provision of extra amenities to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of all guests.

-Dogs are welcome! There is a weight limit of 50 pounds per dog, exceptions can be made for well trained dogs with approval. The pet fee is $150 for up to two dogs. Unfortunately, we can't accept cats. Sorry about that!

-PLEASE NOTE: During WINTER conditions, a four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicle is REQUIRED.

-Cascade Falls has three outdoor security cameras located on the property, pointed toward the driveway and road leading to property. No cameras are installed in private areas, ensuring your complete privacy during your visit.

2) Just a heads up, being surrounded by nature means you might encounter some bugs, critters, and furry friends, especially in the warmer months. While it's all part of the rustic charm, we want to make sure you're prepared. Even with caution, a few bugs might sneak in, so let's work together to keep them at bay. Keep doors and windows closed tight, and give the kitchen a good clean each night. Thanks for understanding and enjoy your stay amidst nature's wonders!

3) Kindly be informed that in accordance with our accommodation policy, any additional guests, visitors, or pets beyond the specified occupancy on vrbo will incur an additional DOUBLE charge.
