This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, single level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 2. It has a maximum occupancy of 4, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14475.

Park in the lot nearest the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up a set of exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to where you'll find the entire property on the main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmat for your stay.

⟾ MAIN LEVEL offers:
⬧ Living room = Queen sofa pullout with its bedding set up and a 43” TV
⬧ Bedroom 1 = King bed and a 32” TV

Beautiful views, gorgeous neighborhood. I cannot rave enough about how cool this place was, backed up to a little creek perfect for walking around in the evening. Well kept up, stocked kitchen we were able to make a couple meals easily. You won’t be disappointed!

Great location/neighborhood

This condo is located in the Snowcreek property. It's about 5-7 minutes to the Village. My complaints about this place is that it smells like an old cabin that has wet carpet. The smell is so strong that I was able to smell it before I entered the home. There needs to be some deep cleaning of the carpet or something to make it smell better. The home is definitely outdated from the sofas, kitchen table/chairs to the TV in the bedroom. I don't know if the couch has been cleaned, but just looking at it made me feel dirty. It's definitely past it's prime as there's not much structure left and it's very soft. The ceiling in the bathroom has a lot of yellowish stains that is probably mold spores starting to form. They really need to clean that up or put in a better green board to absorb the moisture better. The walls are very thin that you can hear the neighbors and when people are opening/closing their doors. Of the positives, it's located in a great location. There's a bunk bed right outside of the bathroom. The beds are all firm and conformable to sleep in. The sheets are clean and you are provided enough towels for everyone in your party. There's a microwave, refrigerator, oven/range, coffee maker & blender. Only ended up using the microwave and fridge. I would stay here again, but I will bring lysol and/or air freshener the next time to get rid of the smell. As for communication, I received an email the day before check in with instructions.

When WiFi went out second day of 4 day stay, staff were unreachable through the phone numbers given. Impossible to leave voicemail, tried multiple times. Left texts on “emergency” number never apparently received. Left a day early because needed wifi to work.

Not this time. Wi-Fi not working on arrival; was fixed within an hour. Light bulbs were out or missing in kitchen and hallway fixtures, making it dark and difficult to see. Construction noise from unit below, sometimes early and sometimes into the evening. Ceiling fan/heater in bathroom dirty and full of lint. Would not stay in this unit again, although I still like Snow creek.

We love the grounds - grass, trees and beautiful flowers and the views of the mountains. We also appreciate that the units are spread out and that the resort is on the outskirts of town.

There is a metal rod that is between the carpet and the tile. The nails/screws that secure this metal rod/plate isn’t secure and nails/screws stick up so just be careful. Bare feet beware

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Snowcreek Rentals (primarily one bedrooms) for many years. This unit is in one of the first Snowcreek phases and, like many of the others in these phases, looks it age, with little to no upgrades. No potholders, placemats left tables with ring marks, couch was very uncomfortable, no recliner chairs, etc. There are a number of other one bedroom units that are better equipped and maintained.

Reviewer Comments: The visit & vacation was great & uneventful. The only problem we encountered was the Schlage door lock. The code we were given was not opening the door & we called guest services & were given another code which worked. Thank you for taking care of the problem. All employees were nice & helpful. Unit 272 was nice & cozy. Hope to see Mammoth again October 2022!
