This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 4. It has a maximum occupancy of 6, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14420.

Park in the lot nearest to the property. Walk your building's pathway and up two exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter the front door to the interior landing. From the interior landing walk down two steps where you'll find the entire property on the ground level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, towels and owner provided bedding.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, flat sheet, blanket and comforter with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

Nice and quiet

We enjoyed staying here as it was clean and nice and quiet. Close enough to drive to the mountain or town, yet far enough away that it felt like you were in the woods. It was snowing a ton so we never tried to find the bus stop.

It was a rough winter

I'm sure because of this things were not entirely up to par as they normally would be. I had to call for maintenance several times. Good news is the response was quick and problems were solved.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After checking with Rental office regarding where to park our boat we got an intimating visiting from a man who introduced himself (after banging on the door)as the person who was the head of the HOA for 30 years. He rudely told us that guests were not allowed park their boats in the parking lot and that I needed to immediately move it. I asked where I should move it to and he said, "anywhere off the property". I told him that I had checked via phone with the rental office, and they said it was Ok to park my boat in front of my rental condo as long as it wasn't blocking a fire hydrant. He became agitated and aggressive and reiterated that "he was in charge and that the rental agency didn't make those decisions. I then said I was going to call the rental office and closed the door as he was shouting and becoming more aggressive and intimidating. He Began kicking the door and yelling obscenities. He them called me the "F word" and came over to the screen door and challenged me to come outside to "face him". My wife and I became scared and closed the Sliding glass door drapes and then called the rental office and Jamie, who was very professional and apologetic, found and safe spot for my boat. We cut short our stay at Snowcreek and Jamie handled the payment adjustment professionally and promptly.In addition, the condo we stayed at was not in good condition: burners on the stove didn't work, they were reroofing the unit, and it was very noisy, bathroom light ballast was failing and making loud noise.We have been going to Mammoth since 1961 and over the last 15 years we have stayed at Snowcreek and had great experiences, NOT THIS TIME. I doubt we will return to Snowcreek but find other accommodations in Mammoth.

Great that like most hotels you now have large pump bottles. But please include a bottle of shampoo AND for gods sake Conditioner! These are high end expensive properties. It’s crazy you stopped providing conditioner years ago.

We thought we are booking this place just to spend two nights, but the apartment was so comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As with our previous four stays at Snowcreek, we had a grand time and did not want to leave. Snowcreek Resort is the best property we've ever stayed at in Mammoth. Its location, gorgeous scenery, neighborhood ambiance, the athletic club, their professional and responsive service are unbeaten. Mono County has stringent protocols to fight COVID-19 which made us feel very safe. And Snowcreek's sanitary practices were most reassuring. Snowcreek has become our most reliable and comfortable base from which to explore all the wonderful areas of the eastern Sierras. We enjoyed again the Mammoth Lakes Basin, Saddlebag Lake, Rock Creek Canyon, Mono Lake at Lee Vining. Local businesses we really liked were Warming Hut for breakfast and lunch, Zpizza for yummy pies, Grocery Outlet for great products at bargain prices, Cast-off and Secondhand Thrift stores are fun to browse. Even with many businesses closed due to COVID-19, we found enough open to satisfy our needs. I'm happy to give high marks to Snowcreek but I also want to keep this delightful secret to myself :-)

Great family spot

Really enjoyed the stay. Only two minor issues. One, there is a gas fireplace but no way to turn it on (not able to find the gas key) and two, the dryer is woefully inadequate. Need to run it at least three times to come close to drying a small load. Other than that it is clean spacious and tucked away.
