The Space:

As you approach the home, you are greeted by a beautiful front porch with dual rocking chairs, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Step inside and you’ll find a chic foyer that sets the tone for the rest of the home. The open concept living area seamlessly connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a cozy fireplace, multiple seating options, and a large flatscreen TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with an island that has barstool seating for four, high-end appliances, and is well-appointed with everything you need for meal prep and entertaining. The main floor hosts two of the four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a large glass-enclosed shower. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, providing a restful retreat. The side yard is an outdoor oasis with an inviting outdoor couch, a dining table with seating for six, a BBQ, and an oversized Connect Four game, providing fun for all ages. Upstairs, accessed only from the outside, you’ll find Bedrooms 3 and 4, making this area a cool hangout for young adults or a unique family space. Bedroom 3 includes a king bed and a couch with a seating area, while Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. The upstairs area also features a lounge area with a couch, a large flatscreen TV, a wet bar with a mini fridge, and a coffee maker. A deck with multiple seating options, including a bistro table for two, offers a great spot to relax. Note that there is only a half bath upstairs, adding to the unique charm of this space. The side yard is an outdoor oasis with an inviting outdoor couch, a dining table with seating for six, a BBQ, and an oversized Connect Four game, providing fun for all ages. Additional amenities include a sauna for relaxation, a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, 2 dedicated parking spaces which share a space with a Subaru parking in the 3rd space, an A/C mini split system to keep you cool in warm weather, and an EV charger for eco-friendly travelers.

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, but please note there are other units on the property. This is the main residence.

Hillcrest and its surrounding neighborhoods, Balboa Park and Bankers Hill, are known for their vibrant culture, breweries, sidewalk cafés, and nightlife. The area is highly walkable, benefiting from the sunny San Diego weather. Balboa Park is not only a cultural oasis with 18 museums, numerous gardens, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo, but also a hub for various cultural events and activities throughout the year.



Getting Around:

Walk around the beautiful neighborhood of Marston Hills, through exciting Hillcrest or take a short ride-share straight to bustling Downtown. The famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park are mere minutes away. The options are endless for activities, dining and entertainment!



Other Things to Note:

• 2 night minimum stay.

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• Parking: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles on-site. Please note there is a Subaru which parks in the 3rd space which makes this space no longer available.

• Smoking, pets and events/parties are not permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• Please note this home has a downstairs unit and an upstairs unit which you'll have access to both. The upstairs unit is accessed separately from the outside entrance only.

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Unit comes equipped with a Keurig Coffee Maker for you to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
